I’ve been buying from this company many years now - can’t fault them at all and worth what you pay for. I always manage to grab a bargain and pay a fraction of the price compared to other sellers with the same products with speedy delivery too

I have ordered a few useful household items from this company and find there cheaper than the high street and have some really good deals. Fast free delivery and there customer service was on point too. Definitely reccomend.

Less than ZERO star
No response no refund, described false product so you will buy it.EBay hasn’t responded make sure you keep clear of this outfit !

Not surprised at the negatives supplying product information ike on our pan

That's not all pan returned posted back but no money back

Based on the our experience beware they don't supply the right product but don't repay you

Taking hours of wasted time other comments confirm this

If I could give ZERO stars I would . I ordered a buffer machine thru ebay , I chose this firm because it offered a machine with a 13ft power lead , all others were 6’6”. It arrived on time but guess what . Inside the box was a leaflet saying ‘if your not happy , please contact us on a hotmail address NOT thru ebay , I did this and after about 3 days without hearing back I contacted ebay for a Returns label. Just before I was going to send it back I had an email from Kasim Omar of Direct2Publik offering a £4 refund which I accepted . In my reply I said they should amend the misleading statement regarding the power lead . THEY STILL HAVE NOT . After 6 weeks and initially being refused a refund by ebay , I appealed and got my £4 returned . It seems now I can NOT leave a feedback on this horrendous company as it seems there are time limits. IS THIS WHY THEY TAKE SO LONG TO REPLY ???
PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE AND AVOID THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS .

Do not use this company, I purchased a clock through eBay, the clock was not delivered though this company claimed it was delivered and sent a Hermes tracking note, which offered no proof of delivery. The company does not respond to complaints just states it’s case and then ignores. Looking at these reviews I can’t understand why I used them, please learn from my lesson of absolutely no customer services

Please stay away from this company .Dont depart with your hard earnt money..
One big scam ,and companys like discountexpress allow them to carry on ripping people off.Done mystery gift for kitchen appliance.
Question

When does a bird box become an kitchen appliance .

Nothing got sorted out with either companys mentioned, but have reported them to comsumers act and trading standards ...

After reading reviews I was worried I would not receive my orders, but no problem at all. Both orders arrived on given date. Were very well packaged and goods exactly as described. I am very pleased.

Seller is a conman, extremely poor customer service, broken merchandise. Not a single decent review anywhere. Avoid.
