Terrible delivery experience, refund missing

Update: April 1st and still no refund. I guess I was the fool to trust this company. Do I need to go to the CCPC next?
So on time delivery for Mother’s Day was promised. I ordered and there was no florist near that could deliver on time so I paid extra to get one that could. Delivery confirmed Sat March 14th. Then I had a missed call and a follow up email to say best they could do was now a Monday 16th delivery after Mother’s Day. No offer to even remove the delivery charge. Then I received an email on Saturday 14th (day the order was to be delivered) to say it would now be Thursday 19th before it would be delivered, four days after Mother’s Day. Needless to say I was annoyed and cancelled and promised a refund on that date. It is now March 24th and still no refund. Terrible, terrible service. Thank you for your marketing email yesterday "Surprise them — effortlessly" Effortlessly, I think NOT!!

Excellent service

Flowers were beautiful and still lasting well over a week later. The additional chocolates offered with them went down a treat too. Great to be able to send everything from one place as I'm not in the country right now and wanted to send a treat to my mother. Delivery was on the exact day requested and flowers+ chocolates seemed to be of the highest quality.
