Dippin' Daisy's Arvostelua

UPDATE: They provided me a refund. It shouldn’t have taken several weeks to come to a solution, but atleast they provided a good one. I’d they can’t handle the volume of emails they should really hire more staff.

Extremely awful customer service. I’ve made several purchases from dippin daisys so I’m a pretty loyal customer. In the past I’ve been happy with my purchases so I didn’t have to reach out to customer service, but this time I had an issue with my order. I ordered bottoms, and they were missing the little bow in the front. I’ve been emailing them for weeks asking if they can process and exchange for me since it’s false advertising to display a product in the stock photo and have it be different in person. I’ve gotten very few responses, all of which are unhelpful. I feel like these people don’t even know what they’re doing. It’s not that complicated. The stock photo shows a little bow in the front and the bottoms I received are missing them. They’re telling me that none of the bottoms in the warehouse have a bow. That means the quality of their products are inconsistent. I’m extremely unhappy with my experience and might stop shopping here all together.

The bathing suit was cute on a hanger, not on. the cups are super unflattering and unsupportive. They just kind of sit there awkwardly.

Fits great! Very comfortable!

Good quality swimsuits, there super cute and decently priced for the quality you are getting, super helpful with exchanges as well.

great quality and fast shipping! i ordered a size too small and needed to exchange and the exchange went so easy and smooth, they shipped the replacement to me before i had to ship mine back giving me a chance to compare the two sizes. i love that the seashore bottom is cute and slightly modest without being boxy and dated.

There was a b1g1 sale that did not work when I tried to use it for prememorial stage. I also received my order for a size large and it barely covered my lower bits. I tried to email about this and never received a response back as I needed to exchange.

Nice clothing but customer service was unresponsive

I recently bought a suit and cannot return it. It was not marked final sale. I have tried contacting someone twice and have not heard back yet.

Customer service team was SOOOOOO helpful!! I had a major issue with USPS, which was not Dippin' Daisy's fault at all, but without hesitation they shipped me an entirely new order at no extra charge. Forever a DD girl now.

I ordered a sheet dress/cover-up and it was exactly what I pictured and it fits amazing. I also ordered a cozy long sleeve white waffle fabric tee that is perfect for layering or throwing over a bikini when the wind picks up. My shipment came in one package and was ver prompt and timely. Highly recommend. I will be trying their bikinis next and hope the quality and quickness of delivery remains the same.

The ruffled one piece -
I love the bathing suite, it’s a great fit. Sizing chart was helpful. And style and material feel good. I look forward to shopping here more. It was an easy check out and pretty quick delivery.

Super fast delivery and cutest bikini's for summer! Can't wait to wear them.

Ordered two bottoms in error and paid for 2 but received one and still waiting for customer service to get back to me

easy checkout, good tracking and quick shipping

These bathing suits are beautifully made and true to size!

Would have liked the opportunity to exchange the clothes I purchased for a size that fits. I understand the no return policy. No exchange is ridiculous. Will stop me from ordering online from this company again.
