I own a small stationery business and usually print 100s of pieces per month in China and Korea. For environmental reasons I wanted to move some of that printing back to Ireland so placed an order with DigitalPrintingIreland. I was trying their new foil service and the file I was sending wasn't meeting their specs, I am unsure why this was happening and tried many different things. Their responses were limited to "this doesn't work" and there was no intention to help me produce the right file, so I ultimately had to cancel the order. Coming from my experience with manufacturers abroad who are consistently helpful and hands-on in formating for print (whether for a fee or as part of the initial cost), to DigitalPrintingIreland who were just keen to move on when I was having issues with my file, was just disappointing and a reminder of why I make my products abroad. Unfortunately, I will need to continue to import my products.

From start to finish they were beyond helpful! Had a very short deadline and came the day before needed! Ordered stapled booklets and they look amazing I couldn't have asked for better if I tried. Just eased any stress and was so helpful of having any questions!
