Good quality buisness cards

For the life of me I cannot understand how this company has 4.5 star rating. I made an order for delivery on the 3rd of September. This was to coincide with a masters presentation. Order never arrived and to date it is still pending production. They keep pushing out the dispatch date and now stands at the 22nd of September 26, but no doubt that will change again tomorrow. Customer service is appaling. I have asked several times to cancel the order and refund, but alas that never happens and they just give me a load of bull about production delays. Please do not use this company, and I guarantee the response to this review will be something like this. We cant find your order details, as if I never made one in the first place. Shocking company, shocking customer service, and the bot in charge of help is as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Really easy to order and delivered product is fantastic

The printing and prices very good . Best thing I like is when I upload images I can add more and text and colour it. That's great because I used another service and would only let me upload my design Bizay has lots of choices I need for printing and offer good discounts to customers by email.

Absolutely terrible experience. I wish I could review the 1,000 stickers I ordered for an event, but I never received them.

What I can review is the customer service - or rather, the complete lack of it. I paid extra for express delivery, yet three weeks passed with no order and no update, despite repeated emails and requests for someone to call me. The event I needed them for passed but I still wanted to received what I had paid for.

Eventually, part of the order was delivered—to the wrong house, in the wrong city. The other half has simply disappeared and, three months later, I am still waiting for answers.

Unreliable delivery, nonexistent customer service, and absolutely no accountability. I will never order from this company again.

Scam website. Bought an item for event, paid extra for delivery by September 1st, still not here on September 3rd. No way at all to make contact with them. They don't have customer support just a link to make a whistle blowers report to the EU.

I am a real customer of Bizay. I had a problem with my very first order (#5119131) and did not receive it on time. It took some time to submit an inquiry, but it was worth it—they explained the reason for the delay and processed my request. Within a month, I received my order successfully. The quality is good enough. While I am not recommending them just yet, I will place another order myself. If everything goes well, I will update my review and share my final verdict.

On a side note regarding Bizay, their customer support experience urgently requires a direct communication channel with human representatives, as their current automated AI assistant is entirely non-functional.

I ordered a sets if stickers, one for the back and one for the front of the same product. They were made from the same template, with the same design and colours. When they arrived the stickers were completely different colours and can't be used for the intended product. I paid extra for design verification!
