Digital Zone Arvostelua

Purchased office 2024 from the company. I was a bit dubious checked the company out and they were fully registered so are totally legit.
One to two gotcha's which they don't mention in the instructions. You need to be logged out of any office app prior to installing otherwise it will look to your online Microsoft account for the product license and throw up an error. So lose a mark for not mentioning the above in the instructions.

Received prompt replies, excellent links that functioned correctly. Posed a question, had good response problem solved. Excellent company. Will definitely use again.

Very quick supplying all information required. Easy to use and excellent results, will use again

I purchased Office and then upgraded my machine. The software did not operate and DZ's help desk replied within the hour, transferred updated software, helped me install it and kept in touch until all was working. A very helpful and rare experience in today's retail environment. I cannot praise them enough.

I just purchased Office 2024 Professional Plus from Techno-zone.co.UK. and it was my second buy from this excellent vendor!!

Everything with the first purchase downloaded and installed absolutely flawlessly when I followed the provided instructions. It was an upgrade from my Office 2010 to Office 2021 and all my previous documents were seamlessly opened and available in compatible format upon conversion. I was extremely happy with my experience, so much so that when I saw the offer from Techno-zone for their copy of Office 2024 Professional Pro, I decided to pull the trigger and buy it hoping for the same results.

After once again following the instructions, I was happy to find the download and installation performed perfectly. But when I provided the “Activation Code”, much to my surprise, the product installed was “Office 2024 Standard”. I immediately emailed Support and expressed my disappointment about the installation and requested a solution.

The courteous and professional reply came several hours later with a new set of instructions to remove the Standard installation and download and install the Pro Plus version. I proceeded to follow the instructions and installed the new version. Once again, the download and installation performed flawlessly, and the new activation code produced the happy result of “Office 2024 Professional Plus” being present.

Everything I experienced with Techno-zone compels me to provide them with my 5-Star Rating, along with this happy, satisfied review!! I will buy from this vendor in the future whenever they post a product, I am interested in buying!!

Thank you, Techno-zone staff and support personnel, George Demeter

From the time of purchase the product was active and usable in about 15 minutes (taking into consideration time of download and installation etc...). It was very quick and easy set up and did not need any further support, definitely be taking a look at the products they offer and look to purchase more in future

Ease of use. Had old macOS and I ordered wrong version. Contacted support and a compatible version was sent at no extra charge

Please do not purchase from this company (Digital-zone.co.uk). I purchased 'Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business for Windows' in may 2025 for £29.00. Received an e-mail stating they were getting my order ready with key, download link and instructions 'within one 2 hrs to the email provided in the order' (English is very poor in all communications). Received an e-mail with instructions to download any other versions (which i did), a link for a 'official 2021 setup file' along with a key. The link does not work, after contacting Digital-Zone.co.uk asking for a refund they replied 'if office 2021 is not compatible or working on the pc below is upgrade to office 2024 setup download and the key. It will work guaranteed with lifetime licence of office 2024 after key activation'. Exact words - poor English and the message seems to want to send you down a rabbit hole paying more (upgrade). It should defo work on a 2022 laptop ! I requested a full refund and got 'fobbed off'. PS. you can purchase 'Microsoft Office Professional 2021' 1 lifetime for £40 on Amazon ! Don't get conned by this scammer !

Fast and helpful advice on installing Microsoft Office for the Mac. There support was fantastic.

Came across this company whilst looking for office software for iPad, very professional company who supplied the app for my iPad, pretty straightforward to install but when I was unsure of one item I contacted them and they resolved my problem within minutes, cannot fault the service, would definitely recommend this firm

Requested a copy of Office 2021 for a Mac PC. Was offered Office 2024 for no additional cost. Explained 2021 was required because Mac PC had an older Operating System (and Office 2024 was incompatible). Link to software and license key plus guidance was provided immediately. Followed guidance and got office 2021 installed and working within the hour. Perfect!

Product Download was easy and Instructions simple to follow
Installation was straight forward and successful

Installing Office 2021 was a breeze. I needed to write an annual report in the middle of the night and couldn't wait for an installation disk or usb to be mailed to me. I'm always leery of online vendors, especially software companies because you never know what kind of technical support you'll get or whether you're even getting a legitimate product. Highly recommended.

Prompt response and resolution to my issue.

Excellent experience
Product as described
Staff very helpful and extremely patience
Installation a bit tricky but technical staff walked me through

Quick email response, very helpful

Was having trouble after purchasing a copy of MS Project Professional 2024 with getting it installed. I tried searching the internet and others had had problems as well. I didn't understand the so called possible fixes that didn't work for other people so I messaged support thinking I wasn't going to get much help. Customer Support got back to me almost immediately, advising that it might be that Office 2021 (which I had) and Project 2024 can't coexist. This had been my thought. He sent me a Project 2021 download and key and I was able to get up and running with no problems.
I was extremely satisfied with their assistance and would highly recommend them.

Real Microsoft product. Support responded within 30mins of being contacted. My issues with download were resolved dame day. Very good price for the product. Needed it urgently for homework

I had a few problems downloading and installing. However, Digital Zone were brilliant, helping me all way with instructions when I ran into difficulty. They made it very simple for me in the end. Thank you!

My guide was very knowledgable; patient; precise with his instructions and quick with his responses.

Took longer than expected - but successful outcome.

Thanks
