This is the definition of great customer service
This is the second time that I tried to purchase a product from them and they asked me what my problem or needs were. Instead of just charging me the cost of their product, their Support Team found a solution that was great for me and I didn't have to spend a penny.
They really outdid themselves but there are no 6 Star Ratings so they have to settle for 5.

Initially did not get the Pro Version I paid for, using common sense tried to get the money back, immediately after emailing them I received a response by an agent by the name of Jimin who guided me in the most respectful and professional way to ultimately solve my situation in a matter of a few emails, I hope you reader find a great reason of why using this company’s product and excellent customer service people.

Support was quick to email a solution
I had an issue with the key I purchased throwing a key not valid message. Emailed support and received a quick reply with a solution. The wording was slightly confusing, but it got me on the right track to resolve the issue. Offered a clearer explanation of the steps necessary and a real person answered with an appreciative email. I'd use this company again.
