I was skeptical but very happy
I was skeptical about purchasing this through this company and after 10 minutes I did not receive my product key code. So I sent an email to ask how long does it take to receive and within 5 minutes I received the code and a follow up email. No problems with the installation and activation. I would have no problems recommending this site as you get what is advertised and they have great customer support.

After sale tech support
Digilicenses after sale tech support is just way too awesome. Very quick and very helpful. Service techs really know their stuff and I don’t have to spend a ton of time telling them what my problem is … vs Microsoft. I usually get a bunch of responses for me to try this, try that, and most of which are not even tailored to my problem, but more of a generic response. Goes on for days until I get fed up, or have found a solution online after a ton of research for days and days, even mths! Other times, I’m told that I have to pay for the service … which is most times! So, Geek Squad then becomes my preferred tech choice!
Also, Digilicense techs don’t ‘try’ to make me feel ‘stupid’. Some of the things they mentioned, I’ve already tried. (Sometimes it’s hard to make techs believe you!)
So all-in-all, I’m mightily impressed! These guys are quicker and more helpful than Best Buy’s Geek Squad ! And leaves Microsoft in the dust ! !

I run into problem with the MS Office Activation…
I run into problem with the MS Office Professional because the license activation reaches the limit. I emailed to the Digilcences Support team and got it resolved almost immediately. The team support is super-fast and knows what they are doing.

Product Key issues resolved quickly
I had issues with a product key and the customer service was very responsive. This happened about two months after my purchase and they still responded immediately and with an easy resolution.
