Digi Arvostelua 

Worst . My internet and TV lost signal, nothinf they told me work. And now I need to wait 2 days for somebody to come. Lucky for me my phone subscription is not on Digi, it s on another provider .

The internet is very bad, but the thing is that sometimes it has some hiccups and the ping goes from 100 ms to 20k+ ms, the download speed goes from 25 mb/s to 100-200 kb/s. It's so unfortunate, because its the biggest internet provider in Romania and yet, still cannot keep up with the consumers ro making pay to win for a little bit of speed (and it still counts). And let's not start with the customer service because they're everytime "busy" with others.

I would give u 0 stars if i could, the shittiest internet connection ever, the internet that is supposed to move through the cable with at least 150k, km/s, and ur telling me that if my electricity goes out for just 1 second, i have to wait at least half an hour to get me internet back, that if i am lucky, usually it takes 1 hour, shit company, saying they have good internet and they cant even do a simple thing as fast as they should be doing it

N am niciodata semnal, oriunde ma duc, merge de zici ca sunt in pestera, si mai aveti momente cand luati semnalul dintr o data. DE CE???? N am cuvinte, nu se mai poate asa, rezolvati problemele cat mai repede. Nu sunt singura care se plange, chiar iau in considerare optiunea sa ma mut

Unhappy digi customer buy the prepay Telekom prepay sim not working , ask to the digi shop information about the issue and refund no refund no respect and spoke with hight voice with the customer, no good!

Worst customer service.
You pay every month on time and you only get half of time that internet is working.
Support has 72 h interval for an issue to be solved.
If they fix it and after 2 hours it fails, they’re covered by the contract.
Abusive regulations.

imi doresc sa las mai putin de 1 stea ......oribila conexiune la interent , pur si simplu pica din 10 in 10 minute daca sunt mai mult de 2 persoane pe wifi

Sunt dezamagita de serviciile acestui operator. Platesc totul la timp si nu am cablu si internet de 2 zile, iar termenul nefuncționalitatii se prelungeste intruna. Neseriozitate!

I have been under contract with DIGI for three years. This is the worst provider I have ever dealt with. I couldn’t even imagine how bad the service could be. This company is at the bottom and has no right to exist. It is taking the place of those who actually provide good service.

Support does not work, the technical department does not work either. The only time they do anything is when you go to their office, and then you still have to wait another week or two for them to fix something. It seems to me that this company hires the most incompetent employees in Romania.

The worst part of my situation is that I cannot change the provider because it is the only one available in my building. Might as well take DIGI to court — maybe then they’ll finally pay moral damages. I work online, and I cannot work because the internet does not work. Support does not work. And they only installed it in my new apartment yesterday. Why not do it once and do it properly and efficiently so that it works from the start?

I do not just hate DIGI. It should not exist.

The outages are way too long. How can they keep the internet line not working during a working day, for 6 hours!? When so many work from home nowadays! This is ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible costumer service an transit speeds outside romania's digi own network .
They also lied about their 2,5gbs 5 gbps and 10 gbps launch , marketing stunts all for nothing
Is cheap? yes ? reliable? no

This is possibly the worst experience of internet service priviși on I’ve had în my entire life. Put no effort into helping you with problems or needs and very weak perspective I’ve heard from others as well .

bună ziua! cu ce mă încălzește pe mine faptul ca ați venit să rezolvați o problemă a rețelei de internet după 3h de la semnalarea acesteia? mi se pare o lipsă de respect,mai ales ca unele persoane se bazează de beneficiile internetului pentru a studia. un exemplu concret sunt chiar eu,navetistă și eleva,daca m am trezit la ora 6:30 pentru a mă strădui sa învăț prin metode interactive,în condiția în care am de învățat pentru un test și 3 ascultări,iar eu la ora 11:00 trebuie să plec de acasă și îmi este necesar și un timp de 1h 30 să mi l aloc pentru a mă pregătii de plecare,ce timp mai am eu CA ELEVA să învăț și să mă pregătesc? unde este respectul față de client și necesitățile acestuia?eu acum o să îmi iau o zi din zilele de liceu,voi sta acasă,îmi voi lua absențe, pentru ce? pentru ca nu sunteți în stare să vă efectuați treaba la timp? repet,aceasta este o lipsă de respect și sper ca acest mesaj să vă aducă la cunoștință efectele pe care le pot aduce întârzierile dumneavoastră de luare în cunoștință a problemelor,în condiția în care DOAR EU am sunat de 7 ori de dumneavoastră pentru a vă sesiza problema. o zi la fel de bună,precum a fost serviciul de net astăzi, adică 0!!!!!
