It's not my first order
It's not my first order. I have a club card for years with loads of points build up. I went to use it on my last order no points and no record of me. They said they don't except the card anymore so all of my points are gone had to register again.

I brought back to the store who told me they would not accept it back as it was not " ripped along a seam"

Highly recommended
I always my everyday clothes and my children's clothes from here. Fabric quality is super soft and durable. They're very stylish, long lasting and they still look same even after so many washes. Prices are moderate. Customer service is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend diesel.

Great service
The service from all the staff from the time we walked into the shop until we left was very good they could not do enough for us from helping us with sizes to getting different couloirs for us. Great to see young people taking a interest in their job and not just taking the money.

It's impossible to process a return for a defective item; it's just awful. Support is unhelpful and just gives the same generic answers.

I bought 2 orders on line through the Shop the first order the sizes of the items was unreal, so I tried to return to a store in Galway Ireland but they wouldn't take them because I didn't have a barcode to make return, have been trying to contact this Company but they won't Answer, a very poor customer service.

After reviewing your case, we can confirm you first reached out on Sunday, 18th April. As our customer support team operates Monday to Friday, your message was picked up once business hours resumed. Our team actually made three attempts to reply, but due to an unforeseen technical error, those responses unfortunately failed to send. Once this was resolved, you should have received an email on the 24th April with our apologies and your QR code to complete your in-store return.
This QR code was also included in your order confirmation and shipping emails, so it was available from the outset to facilitate the return process.
We genuinely value your custom and regret that a technical issue impacted your experience. We hope this clarification helps demonstrate our intention to assist promptly and our commitment to resolving customer queries professionally.
