Dieple Consulting and Training Limited  Arvostelua

I recently utilized Dieple Consulting and Training Limited for a project. Their approach was systematic and their team showed notable expertise. A professional service that met my expectations effectively.

Katherine is super knowledgeable with LinkedIn and dives deep into your business objectives and knows just how to point you in the right direction in a language you understand.

We recently hosted Katherine has a guest speaker at The Techy Accountant submit and her delivery was flawless. She came prepared and her materials regarding career coaching were unconventional and practical. She also demonstrated she has wealth of knowledge when it comes to business management. I look forward to more collaborations with you. Thank you once more, Katherine for making the summit a huge success.

Kathy's insight to sustainability on all levels is truly inspiring! She delivered a talk to my product-based group members and left us all with so much to think about and hopefully take action on! Thank you.

Katherine has kindly accepted to be a guest speaker in my membership to speak about growing our businesses on LinkedIn! The presentation was a great introduction to how to use LinkedIn, and it has helped the members of the club improve their profiles and use of LinkedIn immediately. Katherine's advice was brilliant, and I am very much looking forward to collaborating with you again!

Offered a detailed and implementable productivity management guide, tailored for busy professionals. This guide not only helped us get started on getting things done but also provided a system for the thought & planning process behind it.

In 2020, we kicked off projects on a journey toward interpreting the data we extracting from our multiple systems at Ferring International. We reviewed many suppliers, and tenders, including one from Dieple Consulting. What was remarkable about their service offer is that it was tailored specifically to our needs, and free from license fees; making it much easier for them to demonstrate the value of their machine learning solutions to our business. The solution they proposed would reduce our current analytical results considerably. Christophe displayed great intuition around our data, with the skills to translate our business need into IT requirements for the extraction process, and then convert that into an analysis that demonstrated real process understanding, as well as statistical skills. It was a pleasure to interact with Christophe and his team on this, and we look forward to working with him and the team in the future as more opportunities present themselves.

Katherine and Chris have recently provided invaluable advice and insight into a technology transformation project that our group of businesses is embarking on. They have demonstrated an exceptional ability to understand a set of challenges and come up with a set of tangible objectives and criteria to benchmark or decision making against. I would encourage any business owner to leverage Dieples expertise and years of experience in solving and delivering transformation projects.

Over the past 4 months I have had regular coaching sessions with Katherine. Because we live in different countries, we worked over Skype with excellent results.
The main objective was to guide me through the process of finding a new job, but the results went beyond that. The program is designed under a holistic strategy, approaching different areas relevant for self-development. As a result, I have gained self- confidence and clarity on my objectives which have been very helpful not only on the hiring process but also, on my approach on other matters that are important for my progress.
Katherine is a passionate person, highly committed and hard worker. Her critical thinking abilities and the vast professional experience she has, makes her a strong reliable decision maker. She had a very friendly approach with high ethical and professional standards.
I highly recommend her coaching sessions as well as her consultancy programs.

In the first 5 minutes of speaking face to face with Katherine, I knew I was experiencing a kind of training that was rare.

The hardest thing to achieve during coaching sessions is a deep level of trust and respect. When I explained my unique experiences to Katherine, she deeply understood what I was describing and feeling.

Very quickly we have been able to develop a synthesis in our coach/student dynamic that allows me to make great progress between our sessions.

If you have hit a wall in your career, or you face challenges that feel too complex to think through on your own, speak to Katherine. I’m certain she will help you find a way forward!

Katherine’s coaching style is a very natural one, and the environment created is making you feel safe and comfortable to talk about yourself. Katherine’s huge experience and international background in various disciplines, working with people from different cultures and businesses is a real value.

For me, she was great in encouraging me to discover all the options I have if I tap with courage outside my comfort zone and also stay true to my values and beliefs. Establishing goals, visualising where I want to be in the future and setting up the plan to achieve what I dream of, is what we have been successfully worked together.

Dieple Consulting is people orientated and this is a great and rare asset.

I highly recommend Katherine’s coaching and Dieple Consulting as you will enjoy the experience of discovering your development is a journey not a destination!

Thank you Katherine for the wonderful coaching!
Dieple helped me define the path I should be taking in order to reach my life goals, of which Katherine helped me to really identify that they are (they were in there, just needed to realise that!) and the steps I needed to take to get there.
During coaching it is a really safe environment, free of judgement and criticism.
Some of the exercises we did during my first two coaching sessions really helped me to understand who I am and we could look at how my goals align to my values and beliefs, it wasn't something I had really considered before, but I found really useful when shaping the path to the end game!
I really would recommend Katherine's coaching to anyone that needs support realising their goals, how to get there and what they are.

I love Katherine professionalism and work approach, I really appreciate her involvement and dedication in this journey I'm going through, in which I no longer feel indecisive or alone, this process has injected in me some new energy to keep going and persuing my north. Highly recommended
