I referred a customer to Joushua Brewer a Systematic Representative with the agreement of a $1000.00 referral bonus. The customer I referred purchased a solar system from Our World Energy and it has been installed and they have their PTO. Howerver I have been unable to get a reply from Jausha Brewer regarding the $1000,00 referral bonus I am owed.

They worked with us for over 8 months, they were great! Until when finally getting everything in order and going through the plans on zoom of pictures of where the solar is going and what our monthly bill would be, which was an amazing price, the next and final step was to wait for them to call to set up a time when they would come to install everything. We were very excited. The last question they asked was what our annual income is, and that was it.. heard nothing from them again. 2 weeks had gone by and again nothing, and now it's been over a month and still haven't heard anything, left us high and dry with no explanation on what happened and we're very disappointed with the last part of all of this. With no call, no explanation no nothing, especially since we had made, what we thought, some amazing people through the last several months and just to be left high and dry with again, no explanation, telling us this is a great time to get it before the hot summer hits.
Ourworld staff installed our household’s 28 solar panels and Tesla Powerwall3 within a day. Now just waiting for permit to operate. Thank you
