What can I say..
what an amazing team of specialists within istanbul. Travelled over from Scotland and had my treatment done in a day.
From the very moment I contacted them for a consultation they have been so professional and super friendly some of the best customer service I have experienced. Yasin who is always there to help on whatsapp is a credit to the company and Hande my coordinator was such a pleasure. Hair transplant results still to come but the whole experience was pleasant and virtually painless and the hotel accommodation spacious and comfortable with lots of other patients waking around in the same position, great setup.
I recommend anyone thinking about a transplant at diamonds of hair to go for it you will not be disssappointed

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht, wie gut und reibungslos alles gelaufen ist. Die Reise lief problemlos ab. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Team äußerst freundlich, der Transferservice war immer pünktlich und die deutschsprachige Beraterin war von Anfang bis Ende da, während der OP fragte sie immer ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob sie sonst noch etwas für mich tun könne, ob ich Fragen hätte und erklärte mir alles ausführlich. Die Ärzte waren super nett und sehr fürsorglich und haben einen tollen Job gemacht!!! Ich kann Diamond's of Hair jedem wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

I had a wonderful experience with Diamond’s Of Hair. Firstly, prior to my arrival to Istanbul I was consulted about all the details via Whatsapp and on the phone. When I arrived to Istanbul my transfer was waiting for me, also there was no problems with intracity transfers.
The service package I bought included stay at hotel with good breakfast.
The surgeon and clinic staff are real professionals, they did their best to make the hair transplant procedure as painless and quick as possible.
Special thanks to Taha, who was was very friendly and informative about the hair transplant procedure and what I should and should not do after it. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant in Turkey.

I had an amazing experience with diamonds of hair. From
First speaking and getting a quote all the way through and after had great communication, any questions I had were answered immediately. On arrival at Istanbul airport me and my partner were picked up in a luxury minivan and taken to the hotel. The hotel was amazing 5 star and really welcoming. The next day I was met by the team from Diamond and was explained about my procedure and taken to the surgery. The surgery was very modern and really well presented half way through my procedure I was given a complimentary meal which was amazing. The after care was explained to me and after the procedure I was taken back to the hotel. The next day the team came to my hotel room to explain again the aftercare and washed my head for me. The results are only on day 1 of recovery but I am over the moon with them. I already feel more confident to not wear a cap than I would have before even with it being red still. Overall I haven’t got one complaint very happy would recommend to anyone looking for a hair transplant.

The whole experiance from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Inital contact on whatsapp and process thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered before arriving to Istanbul. Once we arrived in Istanbul we was picked up by a private VIP transfer to our 5star hotel which was absolutely amazing. The following day we was again picked up by our VIP private vehicle and tkaen to clinic. Once we arrived at the clinic we was greeted by the wonderful and amazing team. Taha and his team made me feel less nervous about the procedure as soon as i arrived there. The procedure was painless and comfortably of the having the hair transplant. Whilst i was hacing my transplant my wife was getting dental treatment done which again was a very highly exceptional sevice.
The following day after procedure i had my first wash and the result of hair transplant were looking very good. I was so happy with the sevice provided and also woth rhe dental treatemnt receievd by my wife that idecided to also get my teeth whitened yesterday. The results are amazing.
Iv had an excellent 5star service from the team at Diamonds and i will highly recommend to evryone i know that os thinking of having these peocedures done. They have gone above and beyond to cater for our needs and to ensure we are left satisfied. I would give them a 20/10 because they are that good.

My trip to Istanbul for a FUE at Diamonds of Hair was an amazing experience,I was picked up from the airport in a luxury cab taken to my 5 star hotel the staff were fantastic and the room was perfect large comfy beds rooms service everything. Diamonds of Hair kept in contact with me via Whataspp the whole journey.
Buffet breakfast and then a cab picked me up to the clinic, the staff at the clinic were so warm and friendly it made a big difference. The procedure Wes explained in great detail and care taken that I was comfortable, the op took 6 hours we had a break in between so I could have a lunch of my choice, I was also able to use the toilet when needed, The staff were extremely professional and experienced I felt very comfortable and confident the whole time they checked that I was ok all the time too.
Once the surgery was finished I spoke at length with the surgeon who gave after care advice, shampoos and instruction manual everything was explained in detail.I was driven back to the hotel to recover and sleep the following day the team came to my hotel and showed me how to wash my hair with the foam and shampoo provided I spent the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the food in the hotel.
On the following day I was picked up from the hotel in a luxury cab and taken to the airport where I caught my flight back to London
They kept in contact with me via WhatsApp while I was at the hotel and were available 24hrs a day they all speak English so I had no problems with interpreting the language.
I’ve had no problems and have enjoyed the experience I am looking forward to seeing the results of the hair transplant I have also got my friend from work to have the same procedure in a couple of months as the price diamonds of Hair charge is very reasonable.
Very friendly and professional staff helped me all the way, accommodation was brilliant and transport all taken care off for me I would give Diamonds of Hair 10/10 so happy.

Absolutely amazing would definitely recommend

Had my transplant one week ago today.
Picked up from airport in a nice minibus and dropped at the hotel, the hotel was beautiful 5 star.
Next day I was picked up again and dropped up at the clinic.
Everyone at the clinic was really friendly and surgery went really good and the results so far far look good.
Was given a meal half way through the surgery provided by the clinic.

Can’t wait for the 12 months result.

Anfangs hatte ich echt Sorgen und wusste nicht wie sich die Reise enden wird. Aber als ich vor Ort ankam wurden mir die ganzen Sorgen weggenommen. So ein freundliches Team und erfahrenes Team habe ich nicht erwartet. Ihr verdient nur das Beste!
