Just arrived back in the UK after 3 days in Istanbul as a patient of Diamonds.

Firstly, a special shout out to Yasin (WhatsApp patient liaison) who is amazing. He provides lots of information, sends quick responses to you back, and also puts the patient's needs first. It needs to be said that he was one of the reasons I went with Diamonds.

Taha, the Clinic General Director was very welcoming when you arrive and always smiling. He listens to your requests and concerns. He also has a calming 'bedside manner' which is reassuring and relaxes any nerves.

The whole team are incredibly attentive, hard-working, and are constantly checking in on your comfort. Whilst I don't speak Turkish, it was fun to hear the team chatting away whilst they work as it shows they all know each other really well and perform effectively! …to be clear, speaking English is fine as well!

I stayed at the recommended 5* Burgu Arjaan hotel, it's lovely!

I'm excited to see how things will heal and grow - it's now my job to maintain the aftercare!

Alex was excellent. You can tell from her work she is very experienced. I had a cut and blow dry and my hair is not the easiest to manage i.e thick, long with some frizz. She listened and executed exactly what I wanted. I received so many compliments on my blow dry.

Da ich seit meinem 20. Lebensjahr an starkem Haarausfall leide, habe ich mich seit 2 Jahren nach einer Haartransplantation informiert und bin Anfang des Jahres 2023 über Instagram auf die Firma Diamonds of Hair gestoßen.
Hier muss ich zunächst die qualitative Kommunikation von Yaren über Whatsapp und den überragenden Kundenservice erwähnen. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt wurden mir alle Fragen beantwortet, was mir letztendlich die finale Sicherheit gab, die Operation durchführen zu lassen. Mit diesen positiven Eindrücken bin ich dann nach Istanbul geflogen. Dort hat mich dann ein sehr gut ausgestatteter Mercedes Van VIP Shuttle mit freundlichem Fahrer abgeholt.
Das Hotel Ramada Encore Kartal war sauber, das Frühstück lecker und der Service gut.

Da ich noch nie in Istanbul war, habe ich drum gebeten, dass die Operation erst am nächsten Mittag stattfindet, damit ich mir noch ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten angucken konnte. Als ich danach mit dem VIP Shuttle in der Klinik eintraf, wartete Yaren schon am Eingang auf mich und begrüßte mich freundlich und erklärte mir dann noch einmal ausführlich den kompletten Eingriff. Danach legte eine Krankenschwester mir professionell einen Zugang, worüber mir dann auch Blut abgenommen wurde. Im Gegensatz zu Deutschland muss man hier nicht mehrere Tage auf sein Ergebnis warten. Nach weniger als 20 Minuten bekamen wir mein Ergebnis, dass ich gesund für die OP war. Das Team inklusive Chefarzt machte zu jederzeit einen hochprofessionellen Gesamteindruck und war zudem stets freundlich. Bei der Zeichnung konnte man auch schon merken, dass der Chefarzt ein absoluter Vollprofi auf diesem Gebiet ist. Abgesehen von der Betäubung, die ingesamt ca. 12 Minuten dauerte, hatte ich während des gesamten Eingriffes von 11 Stunden keine Schmerzen. Ich wurde mit leckerem Essen und trinken verpflegt. Weil der Eingriff bei mir auf Grund der hohen Graftanzahl länger dauerte, machte das komplette Team sogar nur für mich extra Stunden und hat bis 00:00 gearbeitet. Der Kunde ist hier König und wird wertgeschätzt. Der Chefarzt und die Dolmetscherin besuchten mich am Tag nach der Operation persönlich im Hotel, um mir die Pflege meiner Haste zu erklären und die Haare zu waschen. Jeder Taxifahrer und auch viele türkischen und deutschen Bürger sprachen mich sowohl in Istanbul als auch in Deutschland an, dass die Operation sehr gut gelungen ist.
Als Fazit kann ich jedem hier nur empfehlen, die Transplantation bei Diamonds of Hair durchführen zu lassen. Man bekommt einen hochprofessionellen kundenbasierten Service zu einem unschlagbaren Preis! Danke an das gesamte Team und vor allem an Yaren für die tolle Kommunikation. Besser hätte ich mir das alles nicht vorstellen können. Danke!

I found Diamonds of hair on instagram. I messaged them on there and they got back to me promptly via WhatsApp. The details of package and procedure where explained very thoroughly.

What stood out to me is they didn’t requre a deposit, just proof of flight as your commitment. I know people are put off by sending deposits where there could be a possibile scam.

My package included 3 nights star at a luxury 5* hotel
Transfers from Airport to hotel to clinic and back
Surgery
& an after care package.

The surgeon and his team were extremely thorough, from designing my new hairline to explaining the procedure. I was looked after through the entire experience. Given fizzy drinks and chocolate bars to stop blood sugar dropping. The procedure was painless once anesthetic was administered, the first 10 minutes was the hardest. So anyone put off by pain does not need to worry. The clinic was very clean and modern and looked very luxurious.

I would strongly recommend Diamonds of hair to anyone wanting to get a hair transplant. So far I’m very pleased with how the surgery went.
Excited to see my results in a few months time!

Bonjour a tous, a contre coeur je met en garde contre cette clinique car ils m'ont fait faux bond a la dernière minute. Effectivement au début tout se passé bien dailleur j'ai été seduit par les review excellent qu'ils avaient obtenu et au jour d'aujourd'hui je doute si ils sont bien fondés.. depuis le début j'avait un bon contact et une bonne reactivité de leur part, ils m'ont mis en confiance, jai réservé mon billet d'avion qui n'est pas remboursable. Et pourtant après plusieurs prospections c'est cette clinique que j'ai choisi. J'ai essayé tous leur numéro Pour les joindre WhatsApp, insta etc mais plus personne ne me répond....
Ils ont essayé de me contacter pour s'excuser mais trop tard le mal étaient déjà fait

Diamonds of hair is truly a clinic to go to for your hair procedure. After doing my research around the world, beside being recomended to me by my best friend ,I decided to go with them. They are very professional honest amd caring , my process took a little more than 8 hours so they even provided lunch for me . To rap-up they are a truly profecional individuals.

Je suis parti un peu à l aventure, mais en arrivant sur place j’ai été pris en charge sans attendre, bon hôtel et les navettes en ViP. Concernant la clinique juste magnifique et un grand merci pour l’équipe constituée de 4 filles et du médecin. La journée a été très longue mais j étais entre de bonnes mains et je remercie tout particulièrement mon interprète qui est resté la journée entière et qui est toujours aux petits soins du 1 er appel jusqu’à encore hier et qui prend des nouvelles. Un grand professionnalisme qui nous manque en France. Maintenant je suis dans la face de cicatrisation

Für jeden der sich unsicher ist, ob dieses Unternehmen seriös ist, kann ich nur sagen JA. Ich habe nach einer misslungenen Haartransplantation eine Korrektur benötigt. Dementsprechend habe ich lange recherchiert und etliche Unternehmen miteinander verglichen. Letztendlich habe ich mich für Diamonds of Hair entschieden. Ausschlaggebend war für mich, dass es keine Massenabfertigung ist, wie bei den namhaften Unternehmen das der FALL ist. Kleine Zweifel waren allerdings noch da, da der Preis im Verhältnis zu anderen Firmen doch relativ günstig war, aber durch eine gute Beratung wurden auch diese Zweifel beseitigt. Letztendlich lief alles so wie vorher ausgemacht.

Es war sehr gut organisiert und wir wurden super beraten und das rund um die Uhr.
Man hatte die ganze Zeit das Gefühl das immer jemand da war der uns bei fragen zur Seite stand.

All the doctors were really helpful always making sure I was comfortable during the operation and looked after me a lot. Yasin who I spoken to on WhatsApp was also very kind, he must have answered my 100s of questions I had before and after operation. Really good team, I’m 1 and half month into my operation and results looking decent already.

Had my transplant done Sunday .no problems from start to finish from getting picked up from airport and dropped off to airport.clinic was very nice the staff was nice made u feel at ease .the hotel was very nice .no problems all through the surgery let me go toilet when needed to. I would recommend these guys very professional.explains everything to u.any questions u have they answer u quick very good

Has been a very good experience so far with Diamonds of hair, the 24/7 whatsapp support is genuine even before and after the procedure.
The team were excellent on the day of the procedure, took their time and didn't feel like they rushed anything in the slightest and I was constantly asked by surgery coordinator if I needed anything throughout the procedure.
The clinic itself is very impressive. There is absolutely no need in worrying about going with this lovely company. Looking forward to seeing the results!
