STAY FAR AWAY
Absolutely horrible company! I had to call the police on them as they wouldn't stop calling my workplace, that's when they blacklisted my name.
I now have a new bank account and somehow they got my account information - which I definitely didn't provide to them. They illegally took money from my account which is theft. Another situation with police involvement. STAY FAR FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

Awful predatory company that harassed me non-stop even when told to stop.
Filed for harassment and for fraud.
Incessant calls, texts from multiple numbers from an individual named "Jasper" some Filipino who threatened me and my co-workers regarding a consumer proposal.
If you read this Jasper here is some legal knowledge for you:
"Filing a consumer proposal in Canada provides legal protection from debt collectors by immediately triggering a "stay of proceedings" under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, which halts most collection efforts for unsecured debts. Creditors are prohibited from contacting you, garnishing wages, or taking further legal action. This protection remains in effect while the proposal is processed, and it legally binds creditors to the terms of the approved proposal. "

Fraudulent, Unprofessional, and Predatory
Diamond Loans is without question the most dishonest and predatory company I’ve ever encountered. I have never applied for a loan with them, yet they illegally debited money from my bank account. When I confronted them with proof and demanded my money back, their only response was a dismissive “ok thanks”.
This company does not care about people, legality, or professionalism. They refuse to provide documentation, refuse to acknowledge fraud, and hide behind robotic, heartless responses. Their so-called “customer service” is insulting and shows complete disregard for the law.
What they are doing is fraud, plain and simple. I have already reported them to my bank, the RCMP, and consumer protection agencies. No legitimate business treats people this way.
If you value your money, your time, and your sanity — stay far away from Diamond Loans. They are a scam operation that will be shut down

Extremely Rude and Unprofessional…
Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Collection Practices
I have been struggling financially due to reduced work hours and explained this to Diamond Loan, yet their only concern seems to be demanding payment with no understanding or compassion. I am not running away from my obligation, but the way they communicate is so rude, almost as if they own your life. In one email, they even spoke to me in a belittling way, like I was a teenager.
What makes it worse is their harassment at my workplace. Even after they already confirmed my employment, they continue to call my employer almost every day, with different people calling as if they don’t know that under Canadian consumer protection laws, they are only permitted to confirm employment once. I provided my employer’s contact for employment confirmation only, not to allow them to harass my workplace.
This behavior is unprofessional, sarcastic, disrespectful, and feels like harassment. I am now considering filing a formal complaint. A company that treats people this way when they are going through financial hardship should be held accountable.

WORST LOAN COMPANY
This company is not only scamming people. They are rude. Their customer service is terrible. They don't know how to speak to people and I paid my full loan off and then they took extra money out of my account. They are claiming that the extra payment hasn't posted a full week later. They are refusing to issue me a refund and I'm having to get my bank to go after them to deal with it.
