The customer service is horrible
The customer service is horrible. I had a fraud situation happen with my bank and while they are dealing with it I cannot access the account and do anything. I let them know this and let them know that I will e transfer the funds in 24 hours but instead they were rude, impatient,threating. Not great customer service at all. Would not recommend

Really terrible communication but what can you expect for these types of loans.
The emails sound as if you’re communicating with an annoyed teenager vs an actual professional.
Avoid these kinds of pay day loans when possible

Was a good idea at the time major regret now. They claim they’re willing to work with you but aren’t understanding, and start threatening even when you respond. Called multiple times back to back.

Awful Customer Service
Stay away from this place. I admit I had a couple payments bounce, due to some external factors. I've tried very hard to work with them, but they harass and threaten you. Yet all the responses to reviews state they don't (I guess that makes everyone of us who experienced it a liar.) They called me over and over again until I answered the phone, I was at work and couldn't answer, but instead of leaving a voicemail they hung up and called again, about 5 times in a row, until I answered because I knew it would continue. Yet they don't think that's harassment. I made arrangements with them to pay and they still called and emailed continually, with threats of legal action. I was having issues with e-transfer and was called a liar because they weren't having any. I agreed to make my payment by 10 pm (via a link THEY sent me) and I still got emails with threats of legal action. I asked questions, got no direct answers to them, just more vague info. I asked 4 times for an account statement and they ignored my requests. Asked for clarification on something as I was confused, they told me I wasn't confused I was just trying to confuse them.
They will not work with you at all, I have emails where their answer is just you get paid we get paid.
Just stay away, these guys are as awful as the negative reviews state.
