We were pretty disappointed with the quality of the diamond art we eventually received. I'd placed my order 3 weeks in advance of Mother's Day as a gift and it was 3 days late
Posing as a UK company, this Chinese company are not great and where's the Customer Service??
Plenty of 'paid for' reviews on here......what a surprise 🫢

I purchased a large snow diamond art…

I purchased a large snow diamond art picture which I absolutely loved doing but the colours were grey mauve instead of white. I did leave a review saying I enjoyed doing it but the colours were not right. Diamond Art did not publish my review, hence this review. Finished it April 25.

The product was exactly as advertised

The product was exactly as advertised, I received constant updates on its tracking through the company and they even added an extra container for my diamonds for free. Overall an excellent experience and I will be purchasing from them again

Can’t fault this company

Can’t fault this company, purchased a pack for my daughter, she loves it. In fact she loves it so much I’ve ordered two more to put away for Christmas! Good delivery and customer service. Would recommend.

Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical. This company is a scam... and they are equally named the same but replace the E with a U... I have been promised a refund weeks ago and I'm still waiting... they ignore your emails. Bribe you to remove your bad reviews.. quality is shocking, customer service is worse.
