I went to Taka DPT in March and revisited again 2 days ago. And the salesperson Zekel remembers me and remembers exactly what I bought before. Awful customer service
Awful customer service. So hard to get hold of someone and when you eventually do, they hold no accountability. Avoid this company at all costs.
Update: they have admitted fault but offered a voucher in a foreign currency so I am unable to use this. I have made a complaint as this is highly unreasonable.

After reviewing your case carefully, we understand that there was a miscommunication regarding the VAT refund conditions. In Belgium, a minimum purchase of €125 is indeed required to qualify for a tax refund, and we apologize that this was not properly explained in store.
