日本へはDPT Antwerpのシンガポール店の方が対応してくださいました。
初めての海外WEBショップでのお買い物で不安だったのですが、担当の方がとても丁寧に対応して下さり、安心してお買い物ができました。

お花が好きな私にぴったりの枝がモチーフのネックレスを選びました。
気になったもうひとつのネックレスが欲しくなり、再度万博に行きましたが、とても人気でほぼ売り切れだったので、インターネットで購入することにしました。
HPは、たくさんの言語に対応されています。
当初、日本語対応のHPが見つけられませんでしたが、夜間の時間でも、丁寧にメールで返信して下さいました。
そして、手順のPDFまで作成して下さいました。無事に購入することが、出来ました。
注文したネックレスは、入荷待ちでしたが、ベルギーでスピーディーに制作して下さいました。
送料が心配でしたが、ネックレスを2本買ったので無料になり、素敵なキャップのプレゼントまでついてきました。
国内のネットで購入するのと同じように、安全に購入出来たので、本当に満足です。
シンガポールにもオフィスがあり、商品は出荷からDHLの便で、シンガポールからすぐに届きました。
スタッフの皆様が、本当に親切で素晴らしいサービスだったことに、感謝しています。

Awful customer service: I have been waiting for a response since the 12th June from this company and I am just being ignored. Since then, I have chased this up 5 times and no one is responding. Don’t be fooled into buying their jeweller. They won’t help if there is a problem.
UPDATE: The CEO of the company has personally resolved this issue. While I remain disappointed at how long it took for my complaint to gain traction, I appreciate that steps have now been taken to ensure the team has been briefed on responsiveness and accountability. I hope this leads to a smoother experience for future customers.
