I ordered what I needed

I ordered what I needed, it was really easy to navigate for someone who is not tech minded. The items arrived very quickly, quicker than expected, nicely packaged. Very happy with the service.

Item received. I was sure I had paid for priority delivery due to urgent nature of item. If I did not then my mistake.

Morning

Morning. I myself am a small company and like yourself rely on good feedback to build my customer base, SO i purchased the item from you on the 30th July and it is now the 3rd of August and guess what !!! The item hasn't arrived & what makes it even worse I paid extra to have it NEXT day. My Suggestion to you is CHANGE your delivery company as UPS are clearly letting your company DOWN.

I apologise that your delivery was not made when expected.

Unfortunately on investigation our courier has advised us that your location was deemed as a 'remote location' and therefore the delivery was delayed.

We have been advised that delivery was made @12:49 today and I agree that this was not as expected, our courier partners are normally on point with their messaging but this instance has fallen short in our expectation, we will therefore be crediting your carriage charge with immediate effect.

Superb everything

Superb everything. Easy to use and navigate website, with lots of information, diagrams etc so it's really easy to find parts. Ordering is dead easy and there are options for next day and speedy delivery. I have nothing but good things to say about DHS
