We paid for express delivery and were…

We paid for express delivery and were supposed to get the item before 12 on the next working day which was Tuesday the 1st. The Item arrived on Thursday the 3rd. We ended up paying the plumber a call out charge and did not get the part fixed. We have had to book another visit for the plumber now

I believe I chose the correct seals…

I believe I chose the correct seals packet. But the website I used did not explain properly. I was terribly mislead. The pipe seals I needed for the Magna clean filter were not included in the seals pack I chose. Waste of my time and money. Now I have to return. Customer cannot use their boiler until this has been corrected.
