Terrible app. Untrustworthy sellers. Avoid! I bought a bag from bag_maker555. The bag arrived damaged and the seller said that I must have used the bag and damaged it myself. I provided proof of the bag still be in the original packaging but they refused to give me a refund. To this day, I'm still out of pocket and stuck with a poor quality damaged bag. If something goes wrong with your DHGate order they have no power to get your money back from the sellers. Stick to other sites where your money is protected when things go wrong and avoid ever buying from bag_maker555.

I ordered from a store called mensdesignejacket who are a joke! I contacted the company and asked if I could return a item I bought and they offered me a partial refund. I didn't want the item or a partial refund so I contacted DHgate who sided with the seller and cancelled my case. Just be very careful when ordering from these sellers. Most items I purchased from DHgate are fine but when I wanted to return this monstrosity I couldn't do that. Very disappointing.

Ho fornito tutte le prove, ho aperto una disputa e DHgate mi ha persino dato ragione… ma il rimborso è stato ridicolo: meno del 50% dell’importo pagato, e il venditore non ha ricevuto alcuna penalità nonostante avesse già truffato altri clienti.
Una piattaforma che permette ai truffatori di operare indisturbati e scarica il problema sugli acquirenti.
Non utilizzerò mai più DHgate.

Its impossible to get a return or refund. when you dispute it, customer service write back in chinese which I don't understand and then ask for so much extra evidence. the return platform will not submit the photos. Ive asked for customer service to contact me several times and no one comes back to you.

Hallo zusammen, ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen bei DHGate zu bestellen. Ich rate euch dringend davon ab! DhGate hat den schlechtesten Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe und man hat absolut KEINE Möglichkeit Hilfe vom Kundenservice zu erhalten. Der automatische Bot hilft einem hierbei leider auch nicht weiter und man muss sich nur ärgern. Ich habe eine Tasche in schwarz bestellt. Geliefert wurde sie mir in Beige und noch dazu mit einem üblen Gestank. Ich wollte eine Rücksendung veranlassen, was absolut nicht funktioniert. Man muss sich hierbei mit dem Händler in Verbindung setzen und auf englisch eine Rücksendung beantragen. Der Händler muss diese dann bestätigen. Das hat absolut nicht funktioniert und meine Anfrage wurde aus unerklärlichen Gründen einfach abgelehnt. Eine neue Anfrage kann nicht gestellt werden. Der Bot verweist einen nur auf die Anfrage die abgelehnt wurde. Es kostet sehr viel Zeit und Nerven und ich bin abartig wütend. Das hat mich heute 1,5 Stunden gekostet und war komplett ERFOLGLOS. Bitte niemals bestellen!

Crap company. Everything you buy is crap. And when you tell them they just say it will cost you so much to send back if it ever gets here so basically it ain't worth it.

I use the app so I don't know if the app and website differ, as it seems most of the reviews here are left for the website. Anyways, it does take a long time to get your items, anywhere from 2 weeks to a month, but usually within 2 to 3 weeks. They also have a few sellers that deliver from within the US and shipping is less than a week for those items. I have received everything I ordered and I am happy with all my purchases. This is the premiere place to shop for knockoff items. The more you spend the better quality you get. If you look for keywords like "mirror quality" or "top" it is saying it is a 1 to 1 copy of the original and that will usually run significantly more. But I bought my gf a mirror quality LV bag for 300 and she cannot tell the difference between the actual item and and copy. If you buy a 40 or 50 dollar bag it will pass from a distance but not a close inspection. Excellent place to get high quality goods at a fraction of the price

Otra vez más me han engañado. Volví a comprar por sus precios pero nuevamente me han enviado cosas incorrectas. Y las disputas en su aplicación son una perdida de tiempo. Escribo está opinión para que a nadie le vuelva a pasar. Hay mejores aplicaciones a un precio parecido y con atención al cliente de verdad y no estoy. Te dicen que es todo correcto. Yo tengo una serigrafía incorrecta y otra que no aparece. Las 2 pagadas por adelantado. Nunca más dhgate!

Me han puesto montones de cosas en esta m...... de web. Se equivocan en los nombres y números de las camisetas. O simplemente no te las mandan. Y ni te molestes en disputar porque at. Cliente es una vergüenza. La última me mandaron una camiseta de Jadon Sancho que pone ANCHO. La anterior una que pone ERROR en la camiseta . Y no atienden a razones. Nunca más! He encontrado un vendedor mucho mejor.

Avoid unless you want to be scammed. I tried two transactions, each of around £100. The first contacted me 2 weeks after my order to say that what I ordered was out of stock and I was refunded a week later. My second order was very different. The seller sent me a very cheap and tacky hair band on the tracking details of my order. So as far as DHgate were concerned, I had received my order. Luckily I had video and photographic evidence to show but after reporting the seller and getting my refund, I note the seller is still there on the site. DHgate obviuosely doesn't care that their site is full of scammers... I have learned my lesson and will avoid in future.

Scammed! Bought a bracelet and only received an empty box. Just a bunch of Chinese thieves

There are some fantastic sellers on here, and you can certainly grab some bargains. Unfortunately there are also some not so good sellers, and DH Gate won’t step in if you are sold counterfeit goods. There is a dispute option, but you need to wait a month to use this. When you do submit a dispute they almost always side with the seller, even if concrete evidence is provided. If you’re lucky they may give you a voucher for an amount far short of what you paid.

If you check the seller reviews and stats thoroughly, 9/10 there won’t be an issue. There are seller reviews with pics so I only use those sellers. They offer Klarna and take credit cards so best to order with them to make sure your money is protected.

Customer Service does not exist on this platform prepare to be called ‘Dear’ by an AI Chatbot whilst trying to resolve being sold cheap, counterfeit products. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices and free shipping! Shop elsewhere as their ‘Buyer Protection’ scheme is an absolute scam. Paid £28 for a pair of headphones you could get for a few pounds in Poundland.

This online page is a scam. I was promised a refund over a month ago because I never got my orders. So far I have seen no money. Support service and seller do not answer anymore.
The suggested online problem support does not work, surprise, surprise.
Don‘t buy at dhgate, you don‘ t get your money back, it is a scam.
