Installer was very thorough and professional, explained every detail throughout the installation process, when the installation was complete he walked my wife and I through the setup and user instructions of the system… I highly recommend!!

I requested a technician to come out to my home and install an additional camera. Juan, the technician, was sent. This gentleman was very professional and courteous. He installed the camera within an hour.
I am very satisfied with the service I received. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to say that the technician is a 10.

Tech was great. Fast and efficient. 5 stars.
Scheduling and sales should communicate better. I explained very clearly that I could not be home on a weekday until after 3pm. Tried to show at noon. Had to reschedule for a Saturday two weeks later. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Very Professional & Courteous
Juan was the installer that came to my home. He was fantastic. There were a few issues beyond his control that he was patient and understanding about.
Very professional. Very courteous.
I wish every installer and worker that came to my home were as awesome as Juan.
