Had new system installed on 10/19/2022 it stop working on 10/21/2022 called in for service talked to Chris and offer to send someone next day for wait time of five hour window asked to talked to his manager he said he is the manager no one is above him that I could talk to Chris was rude and not good service provider

Be sure to document services you agree too.
Great technician came out (Corey), great service ( have been with them for 3-5 years now) but when it came to moving house and transferring service the sales person I spoke with gave misleading information. Not impressed with how they tried to rectify my situation. Be sure you document what they say so you don’t end up with cost surprises.

Excellent service
Excellent service, techs were very professional, on time, neat and clean. They did a great job going over system and helping us install apps on phone. Highly recommend security company. The equipment is state of the art and reasonably priced.

Long story short I was very upset after…
Long story short I was very upset after the installation. We were not going to have access to the mobile app etc. Cory is the only reason I agreed to keep the service. He worked tirelessly to make the needed changes. I don't think I have ever seen a tech. go to the lengths that Cory did to give us what we wanted. He is a huge asset to your company.
