Ho sempre ricevuto massima disponibilità e umiltà da parte di Cristian per qualsiasi tipo di problema .
Recentemente mi si era un po’ ossidata una collana ma non preoccupatevi che con un semplice lavaggio come nel mio caso con l’argentil è tornata come nuova .

A total disappointment with this brand. I'm a loyal customer, but the customer service is so poor.
They don't care about any problems customers may have. They make it seem like they care about your problem, but they really don't.
They don't respond to emails or provide solutions, and the quality of the jewelry is so poor.
I'm never going to shop here again.
It's a shame because it could be a great brand.

Claims to have sent my product twice still not revived it months later. Definitely a Scam do not order. Customer service is awful.

Avevo qualche dubbio sulla taglia di un anello e una ragazza del team è stata disponibile per sentirci privatamente e mi ha aiutato a scegliere la taglia più giusta per me così da evitare resi o cambi.

DO NOT BUY! The top I ordered was big so I returned to Deville after emailing them and was told my replacement would be sent once they received my return. However once they received my package I’ve not heard from them since. No-one replies to any emails and now they have my money and product. £70 GONE!

I bought two items (overall value of about £120) from this brand, and they didn’t fit. I sent them back as a return- the brand were really helpful in telling me how to send them back, and assured me that they would send them back in the correct sizes as soon as they received them.
They’ve had my items AND money for over an entire month now, and won’t reply to any of my emails asking where my items are- I’ve sent emails, and DM’s on Instagram to the company, and both owners many times and they’ve totally ignored me.
I sent the parcel tracked so I KNOW they have it.
Absolute scam, they’ve stolen over £120 from me and I’m not getting it back.

Month ago, in November 2024 we placed an order. Till now we did not recieve anything. The only answer we recieved is that the item was delievered. That is not true. They do not send the tracking number and they do not answer any more. Think it is fake!

The package arrived delayed, the bracelet turned out to be too small, there are 2 weeks to return it, I wrote to them many times, no one writes back to me, embarrassing service.
I don't recommend this business.

same with everyone else, ordered in november, isn't sent yet, my girlfriend also ordered, and its the same. I've emailed them multiple times, wrote to them on insta and youtube, no answer. DONT BUY!!

Items were ordered because delivery was to be before Christmas.
Checked tracking today to find out it will now be after Christmas and that the order took 6 days to be dispatched.
Customer service unresponsive.

Very poor product quality!!! Do not buy from them! The cowgirl bracelet stained worse than a 1€ bracelet!! Customer service unresponsive!! They ignore your e-mails! The instagram comments on their account are disabled for a reason, scammers!!! 80€ down the drain...

Worst experience ever, please don't order from this shop, and save your money, the worst customer service to be existed, no one is answering to you, and most probably I will never receive my package.

SCAM BRAND.

If you want your order to be delayed over 20+ days and without it being shipped yet, go ahead and shop here. Worst customer service, unresponsive, and extreme lack of transparency. Many other "small businesses" can easily fulfill orders because they are aware they cannot promptly fulfill them by joining big sales, but guess what Deville does – joins black friday and cannot commit to their deadlines (even their extended ones).

It’s at the point where I believe this website is a scam or at least terribly run. I would strongly recommend against ordering with them as this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online shop. DO NOT BUY

Absolutely thrilled with my bracelet and star ring!
The design is stunning, and the quality speaks for itself—nothing compares to that ‘Made in Italy’ craftsmanship.
These guys know what they are doing, highly recommend!
