Destiny Scotland Arvostelua

Amazing apartments in the central of Edinburgh very quite and spotless felt safe and will definitely be returning and use Destiny Scotland
Thanks a million Destiny Team

The admin of booking and arrival information was excellent as was the pre booked parking just minutes away from the property.
The apartment was small and modern and had everything needed for a comfortable weeks stay. All products were provided both in kitchen and bathroom. It was excellent that after a week touring we were very happy to find a washer/dryer. The area was surrounded by restaurants, both chain and upmarket so we never needed to cater for ourselves.
The management agents were excellent when we had a small problem with a blind. It was fixed within hours of them being notified, after they thoughtfully checked that we didn’t mind someone entering the flat without us being present.
I couldn’t recommend this apartment more highly. We will definitely return next time we are in Edinburgh.

First time to Edinburgh and won’t be the last. Loads more to explore in this lovely and historic city. Location of the apartment was ideal, along with how it was presented. Clean, tidy, modern and great views over the castle

Quick access to the property, near to the city centre and rosé streets.
Wonderful view to the Edinburgh Castle day and night.

We stayed for a long wknd at this apartment and what a brilliant apartment! Was clean smart spacious and in a great location..would highly recommend this apartment for Edinburgh 👌

This is the second time I have stayed at Nelson Mandela place… right outside the train station, exceptionally clean apartments and very easy communication and access. Competitive prices also. Only issue is the amount of stairs as there is no lifts. My partner has a lung condition and really struggled this time even though we did get the second floor so unfortunately we probably won’t be able to return unless we were ensured the first floor. Other than that I can’t fault the accommodation or facilities.

Definitely wouldn't recommend. They advertise a parking discount but unless you go to the ends of the earth to find out how to find out how to get it, you are very unlikely to leave with discounted parking. Apartment also unclean and decor not the nicest

Lovely 2 bed apartment. Immaculate and spotlessly clean, with good facilities, comfy beds and an excellent shower. About 15 mins walk from the main station and central enough to easily get around.
Customer service was good too, with a couple of queries answered speedily and well.

140 Princes Street is a great location. The flat, 2a, was nicely decorated and clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen (which we always look for) Comfy beds. TVs in all rooms had ability to watch all apps (Netflix, Prime, Now etc) if you have those subscriptions, otherwise the Freesat service is equally as good. Great range of eateries on the doorstep, (Ask, West End Brasserie, Huxley's all right outside the door and others just a few mins away) Direct buses to Royal Yacht Britannia and Zoo and Murrayfield stadium and trams to the airport if needed. Top tip, don't use the open top tours for £15 per person. Edinburgh is too small. Get a Lothian buses family ticket for £11 (covers 2 adults and upto 3 kids) and hop on and off the local buses all day and see the city that way. They're spotlessly clean as well

Lovely flat, very clean, very convenient. Will look forward to staying there again. It was what we have come to expect from Destiny.

Lovely room, great view, good service

The apartment was superb, spotlessly clean and so so central. Would recommend highly.

Enjoyed a lot our stay on Thistle Street. Sadly, it was for one night only, so we could not make the most out if it. But the apartment was modern, spacious and the convenience of having the property managers 2 mins away from the flat is a big advantage too.

Great location, beautiful appartment, everything we needed!

Awesome apartment, ideally located and with plenty of handy shops for supplies within 5 minutes walk. The apartment itself was well appointed, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. Have already recommended and will use again.

Great location, great bath and kitchen area in a very nicely renovated apartment. All perfect, but poor ventilation, terrible one-layer windows and very poor indoor climate. Especially on cold nights a lot of damp/condensation on inside of windows, dirty and mouldy window frames from decades of wear and tear. CO2 detector sometimes showed close to 2000ppm, even though we opened windows frequently, and one of our daughters experienced respiratory symptoms. Not suitable for people with asthma.

Fantastic place. Perfect place in terms of location. Everything walking distance. Just myself and my wife travelled, apartment was convenient, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. Staff in main office were extremely helpful and friendly too when allowing us to store our bags on our departure date. Highly recommend.

The team at Destiny was very helpful in the booking process, as well as the check in and check out process. The location of the stay was great, amazing for walking about. The space itself was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was a plus, instructions were clear and easy.

Stayed for a week. Stayed in 5 different apartments during our 3 weeks in Scotland - this was by far the most unpleasant.

The good:
1. Ultra convenient right smack in city center!
2. Spacious room
3. Clean
4. Upon arrival, called their hotline and were kindly allowed to check in early on our first day

The bad:
1. No 'DND' sign for us to hang on our door and no inner lock that prevents housekeeping from potentially barging in with us still in the apartment. Although it did not occur during our stay, we were subconsciously on edge as neighbours opening and closing their doors sounded like our door was going to be unlocked and barged into. We value privacy, a lot!
2. No in-house housekeeping - not a major issue until you run out of toilet paper. Had to buy from nearby convenience as we ran out and housekeeping was only coming by the following day (after we called up the office)
3. Noise from Thursday-Saturday up until 3am. Even though someone in the area presumably called the cops on the noise-polluters and there were brief periods of solace, the noise returned promptly after the departure of the police sirens. It is strangely much quieter in the daytime!
