Excellent. Such a calm person who reassured me and did exactly as he said he would step by step. The result I got my passport through the post 2 or3 days before I travelled. The passport office had told me that there was noway could I do it in the time I had left.

We identified the expiry of the passport late and had a problem with the initial dispatch through the mail but we were guided through the process and it was turned around quickly and returned to us with time to spare.

I had an extended trip to Asia booked and noticed last minute that my passport would expire whilst away, I didn’t have time due to work commitments to resolve the issue myself and came across this service.
