Consent matters!

I made sure to select the option to not receive marketing when I bought something from this store as I always do. Yet here I am still receiving marketing emails.

It doesn't matter if I am buying something online and don't want to be harrassed for the rest of my life with emails, or I tell someone in real life to stop or leave me alone- consent matters and I clearly did not consent.

All I want is invoices and tracking in my imbox.

I really love this desk. I bought it after looking at so many others, choice driven by the description, materials, and ease of putting it together, and I have not been disappointed. The desk has made such a difference in my work area at home, quite happy with the quality of this purchase.

Fast, easy to set up and beautiful

I bought a removable, folding headphone hook to keep the clutter down on my smallish desk. The unit is well made and works well, and I particularly like how it is removable (and not fixed in place with adhesive) for when I need to work on location. I am perfectly satisfied with my purchase and I wholeheartedly recommend the product.

I am very impressed with the quality and I really love my new Desky Cork/Felt Desk Pad. Can’t think of a better product to enhance the time spent in front of my computer screen. Excellent item, definitely recommend!

Desky has been one of the best companies I've purchased from over the past year. The quality of their products is fantastic, and their prices are fair. I own a Dual Hardwood Sit-Stand desk, which is both heavy and stable, and their Pro+ Ergo chair, which is extremely comfortable!

Great customer service and even nicer products. Shipping and delivery took barely 2 business days. Really happy with my purchase!

My dual desk is of excellent quality and very sturdy. The team communicated well, delivery was fast, and assembly was straightforward. The final result looks amazing!

I purchased some accessories to the value of $60 plus the advertised $9.95 for Flat Rate shipping! Got an email the following day saying they wanted another $15 towards the shipping. How or why does their web site allow for a mistake like this to happen. I have cancelled the order as the extra $15 for shipping on $60 of product is too steep. No issue with getting a refund just very surprised they would hit me up asking for more to cover their mistake.

Desky get to reply and suggest I am in a remote location but that is not the case. On a positive note I have found what appears to be the exact same product $10 cheaper elsewhere.

Desky updated again and changed 'remote' location to 'rural location'! Yep, I'm 1hr 15m from one of their distribution hubs but its not a problem for other retailers. You advertise flat rate but you obviously don't always do what you advertise.

Great product. Some items were broken upon unboxing. Support team is working on it, but progress is slow.

Terrible experience. I was initially excited when I placed my order with Desky for adjustable height desks for myself and my secretaries. However, everything went downhill once the desks arrived. My secretaries decided they didn’t like them and wanted to initiate a return — and that’s when I realized just how misleading Desky’s so-called “30-day worry-free” policy really is.

First off, it’s anything but worry-free. You have to cover the cost of return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee — which, considering today’s inflated shipping prices, basically wipes out the value of the desk altogether. To make matters worse, the desks arrived incomplete — they didn’t even include the power cords for the Desky power management system. How is the most critical component sold separately without clear notice?

Finding the missing parts isn’t simple either. You can’t just order the cables directly from their website — you have to email their support team, and expect long delays between responses.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Desky doesn’t even deserve one. I will never purchase from them again and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a couple of accessories from Desky and honestly, the whole experience was awesome. The quality is way better than I expected for the price — seriously good value. I’m already planning to grab some more ergonomic stuff for my wife soon.

If you’re thinking about getting anything like that, I highly recommend checking out this Aussie company. They know their stuff!

Quite happy with my foot rest. For me, I would have preferred it if it was slightly higher and didn't pivot quite so easily but it has definitely made my set up much more ergonomic

From the moment I placed the order, everything about my experience with the Desky was flawless... Shipping was incredibly fast—I had the desk at my door within just 2 days (disclaimer I am in the same state as their dispatch location)... The packaging was secure and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Assembly was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear, all the parts were well-labeled, and I was up and running in under an hour (with a combination of both the printed manual and the helpful online video). You can tell immediately that this desk is built to last. It’s rock-solid—no wobble at all, even at full height—and the dual motors are whisper-quiet and super smooth when adjusting (even with me sitting on it...)

The real standout for me, though, is the Pheasantwood desktop. The hardwood grain is absolutely stunning in person—rich, unique, and gives my home office a premium feel. It’s functional, beautiful, and honestly, I look forward to working at it every day.

If you're on the fence, take the plunge. This desk is a game-changer for both productivity and comfort. Couldn’t be happier!

Bought a monitor arm to replace my 2 much cheaper ones. The plastic parts are cheap, the paint was appied unevely all over, moving it is not smooth at all. Tried to contact customer service, they wanted to charge a restocking fee for their poor quality + shipping, but does not matter since they do not accept refunds if you have opened any packaging, such as the bags that contain the hardware to assemble the arms themselves.

Everything is made in china, so much for a canadian brand

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Highly unprofessional and incompetent. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to waste your time and money.

I ordered a desk that took 7 weeks until I finally received the desk.
When they delivered the desk, I have specifically instructed them where to park and how to get to my apartment lobby, but the boxes were just dumped on the street in front of my apartment car park (which is a public place) despite having been told by a traffic controller that they could NOT leave the boxes there. Because of this I had to immediately leave work which caused a huge inconvenience. And I had to carry all those very heavy boxes (30kg+) from the street into my apartment.

When I was assembling the table, I realised they made a mistake and sent me the wrong cable management bracket. I paid $228 for an integrated cable management with 8 power points in white color but they sent me a $49 black cable management bracket with no power point. They arranged a replacement but they asked me to pack, print a label and send this to the post office which was a big hassle.

After that, despite having given an authority to leave the parcel with a very clear instruction to "please leave the item in the apartment lobby", the replacement cable management bracket was sent to a local parcel pick up point which is a driving distance from my home. I was home that day and they never called / attempted to deliver the item. I had to drive to pick up the box which again was a HUGE hassle caused by their incompetence.

This company seems to never fail to waste your time. What an incompetent and unprofessional bunch of people.

I invested in this expensive desk with oak hardwood top. I have had it for a year, and the heaviest item on it has been my laptop. Still, cracks developed in the hardwood near the edge and mid-plank, which to me speaks of quality control issues in manufacturing.

I reached out to Desky, and they offered either $200 as a refund on this $1800 order, or a replacement--with no offer of assistance for uninstalling and reinstalling a new top. As one person doing this: once was enough. I bought the desk because of back problems, and they think this is acceptable customer service. They also claim that their "system" is not capable of processing a refund greater than $200, which is a laughable falsehood in customer support and in retail--it's not true. There is always a way to manually process a refund, and in this instance when the component of the hardwood desktop itself accounted for over $700 of the full price, and is itself an AESTHETIC component, offering $200 shows how little they think of their own product and customer. When someone says their "system" won't let them do something, it's because they think you're being difficult and they want you to go away. I had worked 10 years in retail and 2 in CX, believe me.

There are better options on the market now. It's highly competitive. Find a different product and research their customer service.

I really like the tray! It was a bit awkward to learn how to use it but I found a video online and that helped more. I have a disability though so anyone who has better skills could do it more easily.
