I placed an order with Desky on October 11 at 12:16 a.m. and realized soon after that I chose the wrong color. Within two hours—at 2:54 a.m.—I contacted their support to correct the color on both the Desky Minimal Under Desk Drawer and the Desky Dual Hardwood Sit-Stand Desk (72x30).

I received no response for over a day. On October 12 at 6:37 p.m., Desky shipped the order without ever acknowledging my request. Their first and only reply came the next afternoon, on October 13 at 12:20 p.m., saying they could process a return but that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs.

That response was disappointing. I made my change request within two hours of purchase and more than a full day before the order shipped. If Desky has staff available to pack and ship orders on weekends, it’s reasonable to expect they can also process a same-day correction. Mistakes happen—it’s how a company handles them that defines their service.

Charging a customer for return shipping when the issue stems from their lack of response is simply unfair. This experience showed a lack of flexibility and communication that I wouldn’t expect from a company at this price point. I hope they improve their customer support so others don’t have to deal with the same frustration.

I bought rollerblade caster wheels for my secret lab chair as their wheels were not fit for use with my chair and being a bigger guy. The desky wheels were a beautiful upgrade!

Im responding to their response below. Their response is also a facade. I emailed the CEO directly, and he never acknowledged or responded. They are fully aware of the issues and I also haven't had anyone respond back. Complete failure.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire experience with Desky has been a nightmare from start to finish.

I purchased a desk for nearly $2,500, expecting a premium product and reliable service. Instead, what I got was frustration, dishonesty, and a complete lack of accountability. The desk didn’t work properly, so I returned it. Desky themselves arranged and managed the pickup from courier to warehouse. Despite that, they claimed the product arrived back “damaged” — conveniently absolving themselves of responsibility and giving them an excuse not to honor a full refund.

To add insult to injury, they offered me only a $250 refund on a $2,500 desk. That’s essentially pocket change for what was supposed to be a top-tier product. They’ve refused to make me whole, even though the damage clearly happened under their control during the return shipping process that they managed.

Their customer service has been nothing short of dismissive and condescending. Instead of acknowledging responsibility, they’ve pushed blame back onto me — the paying customer — despite the fact that I never once controlled the return process. Every interaction has left me more frustrated than the last.

This company does not stand behind its products or its customers. They hide behind technicalities, deny responsibility, and treat buyers as if they’re expendable. For a brand that claims to sell high-end office equipment, their service feels like the cheapest fly-by-night operation I’ve ever encountered.

Bottom line: Do not buy from Desky. If something goes wrong, you will be left fighting tooth and nail to get even a fraction of your money back. There are plenty of other companies in this space that understand what customer service actually means. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else.

Love the quality! It’s so stable and solid. The feel of the wood is perfect. It was so easy to assemble and the steps provided were amazing. The price was definitely worth it, I know it will be the last desk I need to buy for a very long time if not ever. I would 100% recommend. I get compliments on it with everyone that sees it.

From start to finish, my experience with Desky was great. To be honest, I was originally planning on getting an Uplift desk, but Desky's built in cable management system and grommet-less tabletops ultimately sold me. Shipping was surprisingly speedy, I ordered the desk on a Friday and received 4 of the 5 parcels by Sunday (I'm in California). I wish they would ship all of the boxes at the same time, which is my only gripe.

Now to the desk -- I chose an 80"x30" pheasantwood dual motor desk with the 9 socket cable management option. I also opted for the casters and I am so glad that I did, as it makes moving the desk around for cable management etc a breeze. Everything arrived safely minus a small dimple on the tabletop, and Desky offered me a discount as appeasement, which I accepted to avoid having to ship the original back. Building the desk was simple and straightforward, the materials that Desky uses surpassed my expectations given the price point and are of very good quality, and the desk is just stunning overall. I am one week in and the desk has been a game changer for my home office, it makes working at home enjoyable and I definitely feel more productive. I cannot recommend Desky enough, fair pricing and a great overall end to end customer experience.

The shipping process is awful. If you do not get all the working parts on the first go, you are in for a real struggle. I am waiting over two weeks now for a replacement console as when I received the first console the ascend button does not work on my standing desk...
I am being told the courier is trying to look for the parcel in their warehouse, and when asked what is the maximum time they simply state that there is no timeframe guarantee and that they will definitely report it, but in the mean time I have to wait wait and wait.
They also won't send out a replacement as they are worried about duplicates.
For the price I paid, this is not the level of service I expected.

Other than my initial desktop being cracked (Desky took care of the problem immediately, and I had no issues at all getting a replacement), everything else went really smooth.

The Pheasantwood top with blue resin is just beautiful. The wood feels very premium and the resin is top notch.

The desk frame is good quality and Iv'e had no issues with it. Easy and relatively fast to put it all together.

The cable management tray is spacious and big and the forward facing, purpose built outlets that snap in the tray are great.

I have a some critiques. The tray sags a bit on the 6ft desk. I think it needs some kind of mechanism to hold it up better in the middle.

The drawer is beautiful wtih the matching wood, but it would be nice to have pre drilled holes or metal threads already inserted like you do for the frame. I'm fairly comfortable doing this but I'm sure most people aren't.

Th outlets that snap into the tray are made of plastic. I would prefer metal housed outlets, even if the snapping mechanism is plastic. The way it all connectogether is a little convoluted and the cables and plug take up a bit of room in the tray. I would prefer shorter runs inbetween the outlets and get rid of the plug that connects them all together.

I love my Desky with the monitor stand. Except for one power cord, there are no wires or cables exposed or tangled up. Everything has its place. This is the perfect desk. Thank you Desky! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I absolutely love my bamboo standing desks! The surface is smooth and durable—it doesn’t scratch easily—and the color is beautiful. The overall build quality is solid and impressive. I came across Desky from an Instagram post. I spent about three months researching various other standing desks and ultimately decided on Desky. I'm glad I did, too.

The quality is understated. It's sturdy, the motor is quiet, the parts are high quality, and it works flawlessly, making me more productive day to day.

It also looks beautiful. It matches my all-black desk setup, and the accessories I purchased make it functional and easy to look at.

Speaking of accessories, they have the best accessories than most of the other brands. Everything works together flawlessly and it matches extremely well. Desky clearly understands the functional use cases of being productive at a home office.

I have updated my review after Brett from Desky has helped me out with the issues I was facing - originally, I had sent their website chat a few photos of customers’ review photos for them to advise what colour they were as I was having trouble working out what colour to go with. They incorrectly told me it was white oak, so that’s what I ordered. Anyway, it was the wrong colour, the customers’ photos I provided were White Ash. Brett kindly organised a replacement and sent the correct colour quickly. I also had a few issues with it wobbling but I believe that was because there were left over screws…and apparently there shouldn’t be 😂 so that’s my fault. I haven’t put the new desk together yet (doing today). Very good customer service!

We bought our first Dual mini desk a year ago for our small office space and loved it. Well constructed with high quality materials. When we built out our second office space at home, we went for the larger Desky Dual Ergo Edge Sit Stand Desk. Again, well constructed and we had more room for add ons like including the Under Desk Drawer. The Desky Integrated Cable & Power Channel were helpful on both desks, though a bit more manageable on the larger desk compared to the mini.

Shipping was quick and all the boxes came at same time via Fedex with no damage. The customer service is excellent. We have been pleased and productive with our Desky standing desks.

It’s a great desk it fits perfect 👌 for where I needed it in the living room and I can also use it in the bedroom as it has wheels to just roll it

Desky, in their wisdom, splits shipments, and tells customers that the desktop, which, forgive me, is sort of crucial, might arrive DAYS after the rest of the garbage.

Unbelievable service. Ordered my hardwood desk and arrived within days of purchasing. Set up was a breeze and the desk has never been cleaner with the cable management. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a sit stand desk

I’d seriously not recommend dealing with this company. I ordered my desk 3 weeks ago with an estimated delivery date of 16th of June.

Still hasn’t arrived… When I contacted the support team for an update, they firstly had no clue about what was going on and the status of my order. Furthermore, the customer service staff were extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. I’ve asked to speak to a manager/supervisor who were unavailable. I’d left my contact information and followed up with an email. Still nothing…

Don't buy their products from their website unless you Want to break your head over delivery. They use a rougue courier service called courier please which is the worst courier service I have ever come across. They have never delivered on time so far.

I've looked at purchasing a Desky Pro+ Ergonomic chair for some months and decided to do so when I saw they were offering a $100 discount.
I received an email confirming my order and the tracking details - the next day another email requesting another $50 towards shipping.
I told them that if they wouldn't honor the sale to then cancel the order and I wouldn't ever purchase their products again.
Be very wary of their supposed discounts or specials.

I received a defective product from this company, one of the inserts did not work and so I was unable to use or build the product. However, the customer service was WONDERFUL and I received a refund very quickly. While I was disappointed that I can't use the product I can confidently say that you can trust this company and that they are fair and respectful to their customers.
