This company is just awful.

I gave them a chance on a website and the initial conversations were smooth. They initially pushed some very inflated pricing but lowered it dramatically to get interest. Generally the sales people spoke well. After the sales portion was completed, they pushed for payment but I pushed back only for payment on delivery of milestones. Project went to development and the assigned engineer barely spoke English, misinterpreted the requirements and presented a barely passable site - the quality and formatting was very low. Lots of back and forth chewing up lots of time in communication and basic requirements had to be explained over and over again and were then forgotten by the next conversation. Developer started pushing for full payment with a lot of excuses about his KPI's being due, other customers were on holidays and he needed to show results etc. Again I pushed back to delivery by milestone. After some point the dev went cold for weeks on end. Eventually he was replaced.

The new guy was even worse and extremely aggressive, kept saying the job has been completed and full payment needs to be made before the job can even be discussed. Many promises were made about how the project can be handled and by the next conversation everything they say they haven't promised anything and won't do anything until payment is made.

Furthermore they arbitrarily want to increase costs.

This project is massively over deadline and it's impossible to get any accountability from these guys. They will call incessantly about silly things and refuse to put things into writing saying that it's not necessary.

Do not ever do business with these folks. They are scammers and can't be trusted to deliver anything and will pull any strings they can to try and extract payment then simply walk away without completing a job.

I am a small communications training organization. Due to the nature of what we do, the website we contracted DesignZCloud to complete must reflect a high level of quality that people look for when choosing a training organization.

After securing a domain name in June, 2021 I began receiving solicitations from dozens of Indian web developers; DesignZCloud was one of them. The initial “sales” guy they presented to me was a sharp, well spoken (English language) young man who said all the right things. They low-balled me on a price (as compared to US developers) and gave me great assurance about how happy I would be with what they would be developing for me. Shortly after I contracted with them and paid them for my website, I was given a project manager who did not speak proper English. This was my first red flag.

Nearly every time I would get a content update, something that was previously done correctly was changed in error. I came to learn that there were often informational disconnects between the project lead and the programmers. Poor English by both the project lead and their programmers made quality control difficult.

Beyond my executed contract in July, 2021, the greatest insult came when my project manager, Ed Tyler, ultimately asked for more money to complete my website. This was the final straw. My project manager became very argumentative and my calls and emails were no longer being returned. Mobile numbers that I was given did not have any voicemail set up. The phone will ring until an automated message would say, “The mobile subscriber you are calling can’t be reached. At the tone, leave a message…”

Bottom Line:
I contracted with DesignZCloud in July, 2021 to build my website. My contract stipulates that the project would be completed in 4-6 business weeks. It is now August, 2022 and not only did they never complete my website, but I was forced to hire a US based web development firm to create a website for me. This was what I paid DesignZCloud to do in the first place.

The following is very important for you to understand. I utilized a Capital One credit card to pay for DesignZCloud’s $2,000 fees. They were paid with a money transfer service called Wize, and operated as a PayPal type service. When I was finally forced to file a credit card dispute, Capital One ultimately told me that their money transfer arrangement was with Wize, not DesignZCloud. Wize did what they were supposed to do, which was to transfer my money to the vendor. I was left with nothing. We are now in August, 2022. I never received my website and am out the $2,000 sent to DesignZClould in July, 2021.

I foolishly looked at online reviews for DesignZCloud after they stole my money and learned that I am not alone here. Be very leary about working with this organization. This was one of the most disappointing business relationships I have ever engaged. Having stolen my $2000, using them is tantamount to throwing your money away.

I signed up with an Indian based company called Designzcloud in jan 2020 - we are a small online retail business based in Brisbane , Australia. After being canvassed via out company email box - we started talking with two of their slick talking sales staff - for some months in late 2019. Designzcloud offered us some samples of their previous work - which seemed ok.
My aim was to have them build from scratch, a reasonable E commerce web site for use in our small sales business. Initially i gave them a sample site to demonstrate clearly the general layout we wanted. The main initial sales person I dealt with , a man by the name of Jason, said without question his company DESIGNZCLOUD can build and launch a similar site with same layout and function except "better", for an agreed amount.
I accepted their x 3 parts payment with the final payment due on completion of the site. So we commenced with them; from the beginning they were difficult to deal with- firstly communication was major issue from the start; the ok English skills of sales people spoken to initially, was never matched by our project manager Adam and the rest - poor quality of English language ; very low grade online chat apps ; via mostly bad phone line calls made comphrension always difficult ; and a real problem dealing with them. Secondly, they did NOT match their initial undertaking to produce a similar general layout to a sample site shown them at all ; instead they produced a rather sharp front page image with zero product tags and layout we asked for - its like they ignored or even didn't understand what we spoke of from the start !! Thirdly, after 8 weeks in, it became clear Designzcloud are all about getting the full agreed balance for their work from you asap - I was constantly asked to pay stage two and three -- even we were still at stage one !!! The Functionality of what they showed us at the first and second stage or the project was well below both what we asked for and what they promised to give us.
Instead all we got was a very basic cheap Wix style incomplete site. They ignored our sample site layout almost completely - from the start to the final; after I complained about this - their next attempt was marginally better, though the constant crappie misunderstandings and their argumentative rhetoric , wore thin - and i asked for a refund after 6-7 months in - 4 months longer than I should have done!!
I also asked for a refund - including $300 they squeezed out of us to "make the web site live" - this was promised but NEVER given !!

My advice to ANY business or individual wanting to use this Indian company Designcloud for ANY web / marketing / anthing at all - is simple - DONT !!!

They are dishonest - very pushy and dont really care about much other than getting payments for little work done !! This company are all about rhetoric but little else - they are scammer's - dont bother to use them , you will be wasting your time and money - period !
