Terrible terrible experience. Do not recommend!

Extremely challenging. Our company was promised a lot of support during the onboarding process. However, once we signed and paid, I could not get a single response from anyone to get help. It is a very complex system to onboard, learn and get running... and impossible to do without the support that was promised. Now the company is saying that they are going to charge us extra costs to train. It has been extremely frustrating, and the promises made were not kept and we have been left hanging, and completely unable to use the system we signed up for. Our IT company could not figure out how to install, despite being promised it was very easy. We haven't been able to figure out how to use any of the promised bells and whistles, or basic features. Would be find if they were willing to help their paying customers, but they are not. Impossible to get anyone to care or respond.

These people stole $1800 from our business by selling us a product that didn't work. They brought on their "head engineer" and he spent over 4 hours trying to make it work before hanging up because he was now off work. I called back and the next support agent did practically the same thing with no results. When I asked for my money back because they couldn't even install it on our computers, they blamed it on one of my test computers not being on the network (They told me to use it) then stole my $1800.

TLDR; Veriato is a major Scam, do not trust them with any amount of money.

We started installing this software on the computers for our 100 employees. In every case, it caused their computers to crash, and or lose significant performance. We tried working with their tech support to no avail.

We have not been able to use it at all and they will not refund our money. Stay away!

Looks like Veriato outsource their support services and the service has been downgraded. Before when you call the support they will transfer your call in a few minutes. Now you have to wait for a call back. Sometime they may call or email after a day later. Never able to talk a support after open tickets in the last few time. Searching for a replacement to switch their product. Very bad services.

We purchased the Veriato 360 and followed their instruction to build the server with Veriato 360 and the database in a single server. After a few months, data stopped capturing and we contacted their support but they just a reply us once a day so it took over a week at least to work on the issue. We spent days with their support and then they told us the problem was that we have Veriato 360 and database on the same server. We built two new servers one for Veriato 360 and one for the database but the problem still exists. We filed a complaint to the sales rep but he just ignored me and never replies to us. We have no option except looking for an alternative. In summary, never purchase this product. I don't want to disclose my client's name here but the Veriato ticket number is 11633 which was created on 3/19.
