Poor quality installation instructions and measurements
Wrong radiator shipped initially. Was replaced with correct item promptly.
Installation instructions are very poor and measurements provided for fixing brackets were incorrect.

It wasn’t a good look when the radiator…
It wasn’t a good look when the radiator s were delivered in boxes that looked as if they’d been shipped all around the world and been rejected 10 times and repackaged. The boxes were absolutely battered ripped and torn and sellotaped back together so it was no wonder there were slight scratches on the radiators. If it wasn’t for the fact that I’d booked a plumber to fit them I would have sent them back disgraceful and I took pictures of the packaging for proof

Courier let you down
Ordering radiator online was easy.
I had to contact customer service by email and phone and got quick and helpful responses from both.
Your couriers DX Express sent me an email on the Friday (2 days after order was placed) stating that they had my radiator and it would be delivered on the Monday. It arrived 4 days later.
When you have paid £30 for delivery, you expect it to be on time. More than happy with my radiator though 😊.
