They have a really big range of items in stock, which cannot be said of retailers in the UK. The price was really good & they offered extremely fast international shipping, free of charge. Even after paying import VAT, the item was cheaper than trying to source it through a UK retailer. They included some adorable fridge magnets

Dear Marc,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your feedback, as we aim to ensure all our customers are happy with their experience.
Following our recent phone conversation, I understand you were satisfied with our service, but not with the service from DHL Express. We exclusively work with them due to their excellent delivery service, and we also pay extra to avoid partial deliveries. I’m sorry to hear that this has happened.
We will reach out to DHL to open a case and address these issues to prevent them in the future.
Thank you once again for your trust and understanding.
Best regards,
Jonas - Designcollectors
