On August 28, I placed an order for five bottles of camel milk with the order number #UK13508. Despite the payment being processed, the company has not responded to any of my emails, and their phone numbers are also non-functional. I have tried reaching out through both their Facebook page and email addresses, but I have yet to receive any response. They initially promised delivery within 15 days, but it has been far longer than that. Based on this experience, the company seems unreliable, and I would advise others not to place any orders with them.

FYI: I suggest everyone do their due diligence before feeding this especially to humans (esp infants!) or pets. Camels are notorious for carrying VERS, MERS, MRSA, Salmonella and more (research it). Upon asking the company if they tested for MRSA, they replied: “ The state comes in every 6 weeks and tests the milk and the camels.“ evading my question. When restating my question “Thank you, do they test specifically for MRSA? Thx” so they could not dodge it and was not specific the response was “No, since there has never been a problem with it.”. You may want to ask from WHERE the camels were imported from and REQUIRE/DEMAND proper testing as this becomes life and death as most cases are ASYMPTOMATIC, the risk is great. Due diligence for yours and your family members health and life. Yes, I have 2 who have this.

I cancelled my subscription with Desert Farms last year. Everything was fine for the first 5 months or so and the products are good. But, they then started double and triple charging me even though I only ever had a single subscription. It was very stressful trying to get the money back. I even ended up overdrawn because of it which was very anxiety-inducing as I am self-employed and primary carer to a disabled child. They never actually refunded me the final £111.19 they owed me.

Suddenly in August of this year they randomly deducted 6 lots of money from me even though I haven't been a customer since Autumn 2023. Naturally I raised this with them. They keep saying they are sorry and that they will refund me. They also said they would send me a complimentary pouch by way of apology but this has all just been empty promises so far and I will probably have to take them to small claims court.

Desert Farms will also comment on this post that they don't ship to the UK. If so why are they tolerating the existence of a Desert Farms dot co dot UK website with exactly the same branding and products and logo? Especially such a bad company which is bringing them in to disrepute? Every product I received from them had the same branding and logo as the mother company in the US and their bank reference has always been "DesertF".
Not only would I strongly advise anyone against using this company, I would also advise, if you have used them in the past, to ensure the bank puts a block on them. They are dishonest, unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Hello i didn't make the order 13578 and 13579 please cancel the order and refunds ASAP.
The order procedure start yesterday from my account I noticed yesterday once I see the email 2 orders each order 170 pound and you take the money from my account today.
I replied those email saying I order that is not correct I immediately cancel the order.
I called on your phone number as mention on your website and also try to contact on chat box on your website. Still no no answer no reply.
Please cancel my both orders and refund ASAP.

I ordered Camel Milk worth £257.82 on the 21st of Nov 2023. It never arrived. The payment was taken from my account on the 22nd of Nov 2023. I emailed the company and left numerous voice messages. My messages were ignored. I finally got a message on the 6th of May 2024 stating the order #UK13401 has been cancelled. No refund was issued. I wrote again on the 4th of June 2024 requesting a refund. I sent a chase on the 10th of June 2024. I have received no response.
I ran into a friend at the weekend who originally recommended the product to me. She said she was also waiting for an order that never arrived and has tried to reach Desert Farms but with no success.
It is unacceptable that Desert Farms continues to take peoples money and does not supply the goods. This is the definition of a scam!
I have sent Desert Farms my bank details to facilitate the refund process and have not heard back.
Purchase from the UK site at your own risk! You have been warned!!

I found something in the package that looks like hair. I messaged customer service about it. I got an answer that they would look into it. It has been more than 2months and never got an answer. I messaged them again no answer. Extremelly unprofessional. Avoid.

How can a company be open online for ordering and not have any ways to be contacted?
My order was placed on 11th of February and I was able to process the order and rightly receive an email with an order confirmation.
Since then I have only waited for a dispatch email. The only contact number provided where no one is available and no return calls are made by them after leaving several voicemails. This contact number still rings and has space to leave messages & how!!!
The only email provided was used to send several emails but just like the phone number, no response!
This is a total lapse of ethical code & trading standards and needs to be reported. UK & US are same company and I had ordered form the UK branch.

Edit: They responded to my review but failed to assist with anything. This is just a cover up. Please save your money.

Their milk arrived extremely sour and unbearable. Out of desperation for the benefits I tried it and it gave me a stomach ache. THEY ARE A SCAM. EITHER THEY ARE NOT SENDING CAMEL MILK OR THEY SENT ME OLD EXPIRED MILK. I will be contacting the FDA.

I ordered once from desert farm and was really happy. I ordered a few days ago again and I haven’t received any confirmation or do they respond to any of my emails. The phone number doesn’t work either. I don’t now what to do at this point. Is a refund possible or what to I do?

I placed order in December that was supposed to be shipped out January 2 and every week I have tried to get someone to tell me where my order is and after several tries I occasionally receive a response but every week there is a different reason given and then no follow up

Experience has been the worst I’ve ever seen. Was supposed to get my subscription order almost 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Been reaching out to the customer service through text and emails, there has been absolutely NO response from anyone. Absolutely terrible service. Will be canceling subscription services for its undependability and nonexistent costumer service.

Same owner is for both US & UK - you can check Desert Farms Ltd companies house, the truth is there & connect the dots.

Although the milk was with greatest test and health beneficial ..for me the processing time and shipping was very disappointed .. you guys have to improve your shipping and handling .

Good deliver packaged nicely and product is very good I wish I could afford it all the time but I can't so I wait for the big sale

Ordered £157 worth of products since November 26th. Several phone call, emails, requests for refunds still have gone unanswered. I am now going have to pursue my refund through official financial channels. Never again

Your website has an error. When you offer 3 jars of ghee, the order form states hump fat. I am a new customer...I have never even tasted camel milk yet...on black friday I tried to order 3 jars of ghee, and 6 jars of hump fat....I wanted my Mom to try it. She is 91. What I got in the mail was 12 jars of hump fat...a bit much for a newbie...I tried ph contact, and em when I discovered the error...I got no response.

I have a subscription for desert farms camel milk for my grandchildren. They have a dairy intolerance but do great with camel milk.
