Total scam!
I had the worst experience with this store in January. I ordered a pair of boots for €128, to be shipped to Germany. The store shipped my order to the wrong address, and the package was returned to them.
I sent them several emails explaining that they had made a mistake, but they never responded. I had to call them directly, and they resent the package — again to the wrong address. This happened three times in total, and at some point I started to feel like they were doing it on purpose.
In the end, I never received my order. Later, I received an automatic reply that the store’s email address was no longer valid. When I checked their website, it was closed, and their Instagram account said that the store had shut down completely.
Even though they received the boots back from UPS after shipping them incorrectly, they never issued a refund. I even contacted the founder, Hans Van Der Linden, on Instagram, explaining everything and asking to resolve the issue amicably, but he ignored my message.
So, Hans, if you’re reading this — I just want you to know that I will be monitoring your activity, and if you open another business I will be there to leave as many negative reviews as possible to warn other customers.
