Sophia Cortaux, Samantha Swaby, Kasha Korzuch and team have been absolutely wonderful.
My case was complex and time consuming. Also a process which I felt somewhat vulnerable during. However, the care and time given by the team surpassed any expectations I had. If I ever needed an email explained, I would simply reply with a ‘please call to discuss’ and sure enough within a few minutes I would have received a call to walk me through the next steps.

I was understandably dubious to begin with as you see and hear so many companies now who can offer you “help” and tell you they “care” however, from day 1 I was extremely well looked after and cared for. The advice was always in my best interest and was explained to me in a way that I would understand and could always deliberate to decide my best course of action. Not to mention the settlement was EXACTLY in the figures that I was told it would be which has been a life changing sum of money and just wonderful for me to correct what was done wrong previously.
Sophia Courtaux was the solicitor who I liaised with and she was consistent, respectful, polite, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Honestly couldn’t have done it without her guidance and support. All I can say is go for it, you never know where it may end up.

Avoid if you are under an NHS Wales dentist.
Fobbed me off citing an apparently Welsh redress scheme entitled Putting Things Right. I had never heard of this so I checked and it no longer exists! They refer you onto Welsh solicitors Hugh James to supposedly help with this process however Hugh James thus far have not got back to me and so they may ge getting a review shortly too. Thankfully a different firm in England has now taken my case on.

It doesn't happen in Canada. The dental negligence and malpractice victim's are penalized if they reported a dentist. The school of dentist protect their own. Rebecca case is similar to mine.
