I was quite nervous about pursuing a claim against my previous dentist as this is not something I had ever done before but they were very reassuring and clear about the process.

Today I made an initial enquiry regarding a dental claim, the staff I spoke to today were lovely, understanding and ask for all the information they needed to proceed.
I received an email the same day saying they would be happy to represent me and they will be in touch over the next few days. So far it has been a great experience, thank you DLP

The website explains the process clearly. The phone call to ask about the dental incident was within 24 hours as was the decision to take the case. It has helped to put my mind at rest. The lady I spoke to was both helpful and empathetic which made me feel like I wasn't wasting anyone's time .

Right from first phone call have been met with very polite and understanding staff and only 3 days in but things are moving forward.

Avoid this company at all costs had such a serious issue and wouldnt even take it on they just wanr to make money left me in tears.

Nicky was brilliant with my stepson Brian on the telephone today, and even called him back when he had to break off the call; to attend a home delivery. Nicky let him know his case was accepted in a real positive manner. He feels positive myself about taking his case further with the firm.

My claim was accepted a few days ago but I am still waiting for the paperwork to sign.

I phoned yesterday (Friday) and was told the paperwork would not be sent today it will be next week sometime. No indication when.
