ich möchte mein ehrliches Feedback über die Klinik, den Service und die Qualität der geleisteten Arbeit hinterlassen. Die Mitarbeiter der Klinik sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Ich wurde mit einem Auto vom Flughafen abgeholt und wurde während der gesamten Prozesses hin und her gefahren. Die Qualität der Arbeit ist leider nicht die beste. Das erste, was ich beachten möchte, ist Bruxismus, der unmittelbar nach der Implantation des Implantats auftauchte. Zweitens, wegen des Bruxismus habe ich mich in Österreich untersuchen lassen und es stellte sich heraus, dass bei der Einsetzung des Implantates ein Fehler gemacht wurde. Die Ärzte sagten mir, dass das Implantat ohne vorherige Knochenaufbau eingesetzt wurde und es nur zu einem Drittel im Knochen ist und der Rest in der Luft hängt. Eine Krone ist rausgefallen, und ich merke, dass die Kronen und Veneers bröckeln, die Stücke fallen ab. Mir wurde gesagt, dass im Zusammenhang mit Bruxismus das auch vorkommen kann. Ich schrieb die Klinik an und teilte meine Ängste, Sorgen und Gedanken mit. Sie haben mir zurückgeschrieben, dass sie bereit sind alles was unter Garantieleistung fällt zu übernehmen. Muss auch ehrlich sagen, waren und blieb höflich. Es gibt jedoch ein "Aber", Da Sie kurz vor meiner Abreise Röntgenbilder gemacht haben und die Position des Implantats im Knochen gesehen haben und nichts getan oder gesagt haben , entweder aus fehlenden fachlichen Kompetenz oder aus Fahrlässigkeit, traue ich mich nicht mehr hinfahren. Auch wenn es mir zusätzlich Geld kostet beschloss ich die Behandlung bzw. Korrekturen in Österreich zu machen. Ich schreibe meine Rezension, nicht damit ich die Klinik manipulieren kann, oder sie verärgern möchte, ich hinterlasse mein Feedback für normalen Menschen die in der Hoffnung ihre Zahnprobleme zu lösen hinfahren.

I have nothing bad to say about that team. It was well organised, friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Communications were straightforward and work amazing.
This was the best dental service I personally ever had and the result is amazing.

I had my treatment with dental global crowns and veneers both upper and bottom teeth. Writing this review with sadness as the staff were amazing including Ozge who was great from start to finish. It’s not even been a year and my teeth have pushed back and not aligned … I paid over £4000 for the treatment and highly disappointed with the outcome. Upon contacting the support team with my issue.. their response was my original teeth have moved which is impossible as my original teeth were filed down to a thin point. I was informed that I would have to pay for the flight and hotel and upon arrival they would decide if it was in the guarantee or not… I’m highly disappointed with the outcome. I visited 3 private dentist in the UK for their opinion all 3 advised me that I was right and the treatment done was not professional. I will visit dental global and write about the outcome in the near future. I can truely say that I’m embarrassed to smile and wished I looked throughly into other clinics. Therefore I highly recommend that you think twice before having treatment with dental global my guarantee is still valid as it’s not even been a year but they are finding any excuse to rectify their mistake.

The communication between Mellis and myself for almost a year was exceptional. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and the responsiveness of her customer service in particular was impeccable- When we met that continued and our trust in Mellis grew, we know that we can call on her at any time should we have any concerns or further queries.

The arrangements regarding transfers were well planned and extremely organised.
The friendly, personable driver Massu became our source of comfort. He was always on time, smiling and greeted us like he had known us for years. We felt safe and in good hands from the beginning of our journey.

The clinic itself is spotlessly clean, modern & professional. The customer facing staff such as the lovely lady who serves the delicious drinks) were welcoming and warm, making us feel at ease.

The dentist Selene is a complete perfectionist! An utter superstar who without a doubt aims for the best results and high end finish. She is warm, kind and extremely caring- not to mention outstanding in her field and creative.

Everybody’s journey is different, however my husbands journey was a difficult one given the amount of work that he required. However the success and quality of his brand new teeth, his confidence when he smiles and the lasting impression from Mellis, Masu and Selene we have, we are more than willing to highly recommend this amazing company, not only for the result, but for the honesty throughout and utter devotion they have to their patients.

These guys don’t deserve the “ Turkey teeth” label…. They are artists. If you are considering a brand new smile, look no further than dental global.

After much research into getting my teeth done I chose to use Dentaglobal. From my very first contact through to the end of my treatment they have been a very professional company.I had to go to turkey twice for my treatment which was explained to me when I first arrived. When I first went to see the dentist there was a plan of what dental work they were planning on doing. I did not feel any pressure into agreeing with the plan. All of the staff were very polite and professional and I can not recommend this highly enough.

They did not perform root canals prior to crown as agreed and paid for before treatment I now have pain and need treatment which will cost considerably more to rectify and risk losing my tooth all together as removing the crown can result it catastrophic damage to my tooth I may need an implant this is unacceptable as they did not inform me before placing g the crown they had decided to skip the root canal

Dentaglobal go above and beyond to create the look you are after. They listen. Their efficiency from admin, hotels, transfers and teeth itself is incomparable to anything you’d find in the UK. Anyone unsure of going abroad to get dental work shouldn’t worry. Dentaglobal are geared up for excellence that you will not find in the UK. Couple all that with the price, it’s an absolute ‘no brainer’. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish Dentaglobal are professional and friendly. The experience itself I thought was going to be daunting but after the first hour in the chair I realised I had nothing to worry about. Treatment was supposed to be spread across 5 days but because I had no problems during treatment so I got to finish a day early without any rush. My teeth now are just what I wanted when I first thought about getting veneers, everyone at home says they look like I was born with them. Any further dental treatment i need in the future I will be going back to Dentaglobal. Many thanks to all the staff.
