So well looked after from start to finish, everyone one is so friendly and polite and make you feel.looked after, so professional and work together as a team for an efficient and professional experience at the fraction of the cost of Britain, and I should know as I had my top teeth done in Kent, by one man, which went on for months at double the cost, and I had zero implants with them.
Here, I had 4 implants, and a nice apartment with transport laid on, breakfast thrown in.
It is just amazing in comparison.

Nadat mijn vrouw en ik in december 2023 in Izmir waren geweest voor de eerste fase van de behandeling (trekken van tanden en plaatsen implantaten was geheel pijnloos verlopen) , all on four, keerden we in april 2024 voor de tweede fase. Het eerste deel, plaatsen abutments, werd door ons beiden als pijnlijk ervaren. Hierover een gesprek gehad met de altijd vriendelijke Dr.Mert en deze beloofde ons om hiermee rekening te houden bij de behandeling van patiënten in de toekomst. Bij mijn vrouw was 1 implantaat onvoldoende ingegroeid en dit werd probleemloos vervangen door 2 andere. In het ganse traject werden we steeds professioneel begeleid door eenieder van het team, inclusief Ilona vanuit Nederland. Alle mensen, van chauffeurs tot onthaalmedewerkers, begeleiders, tandartsassistente, tandartsen zijn super lieve mensen die begaan zijn met hun patiënten en professioneel bezig zijn met hun job. Het resultaat mag er dan ook wezen. (Mijn vrouw keert in november dit jaar nog eens terug voor de definitieve boventanden. )We krijgen enkel maar positieve reacties en dit is te danken aan de positieve inzet van het hele team. This was my 2nd visit Dentle global I got 4 implants bridged with 12 porsiling teeth on top and 12 crowns on bottom the procedure was pain-free and plesent all work was carried out to the highest standard and there work ethic was flawless I would recommend this clinic to everybody friendly staff and super affordable prices

This was my second visit to Dental Global in Izmir. My first experience was excellent!! I had 16 veneers and 4 crowns and the whole experience was 5 star. All the transfers were well communicated and the drivers were really friendly. The dental work was of the highest quality and the veneers look amazing. Unfortunately one of my lower teeth had moved (not due to the veneers) but dental global were really accommodating and welcomed me back completely free of charge to have a new replacement veneer fitted. They even fitted a retainer for me to stop the teeth moving again at a very affordable price. The compliments I get on a daily basis are amazing and I would strongly recommend dental global for any dental work. My only suggestion would be to book an upgraded hotel such as the Swissotel on the coast so you can enjoy some sunbathing in between visits to the clinic.

Dr Mert, Ozge, the whole staff from dentaglobal are amazing!! DR mert is a perfectionist and did not let me return to the UK with out the perfect smile/bite/alignment
He truly is meticulous at what he does and is passionate about his job! Ozge is amazing she makes sure everything runs like clockwork and all is arranged for the smooth running of your stay and is empathetic and listens to your needs and goes out of her way to make sure they are heard, reception staff are so welcoming and the lady at the cafe make you feel so welcome and at ease with her great smile and manner even though your sitting there knowing some of these procedures are quite painful. The drivers that chauffeur you around from airport to hotel hotel to clinic are amazing friendly and extremely professional and great drivers after seeing the way people drive out there and I think they are overlooked in the review part so keep up the great driving, manners and just being good guys!

The procedure they carried out on me was the all on four top and bottom and after the first visit in September 2024 I came back to the uk with and in transit my bottom temporary dentures had snapped but they took no time in getting me back out there hotel paid for flight paid for and rectified the problem and they did not have to do this as the damage was caused in transit.

I have just got back to the uk after me last visit and I am extremely happy and pain free besides a bit of soreness and they are keeping in touch with me with the after care which they explain in detail to make sure I have no problems.

I would highly recommend dentaglobal in Izmir as I have seen some reviews on here that some people are not happy but guys try to explain in more detail about your issues and please listen closely to the advise of aftercare and the procedure you are having before you commit as they do explain they pros and cons in detail.

It's 6 months since my last trip to DentaGlobal. I wanted to wait before doing a review to be sure that I'm satisfied with the quality of my All-on-4 (Fixed Bridges & Crowns). It's been sort of a long road, & It wasn't a perfect experience. It takes awhile to get adjusted to my natural teeth being replaced with dental prostheses, however, they are life changing &
I'm getting used to them now. I was a little let down by the fact my first set of teeth turned out to be defective & had to be replaced, and that I had to go back to Ismir a third time, but they did a great job the second time out and so far after 6 months I'm very happy with them, for one reason more than any other - "I can eat properly now" and having a mouthfull of perfect looking teeth, I don't mind smiling anymore. Thank You to Dr. Befrin Tank who is a real perfectionist & to all of the rest of the staff at DentaGlobal who did a fantastic job of looking after me during this journey. 👍👍

All of the journey so far as been life changing, I finally have the smile a I always wanted thanks to a team of highly professional dentists that made it happen. Thank you Dentaglobal

Getting veneers at Dentaglobal last is one of my biggest regrets. I waited until now to write this review because I hoped that Dentaglobal would take accountability for their actions, but they haven't

-Aesthetics -

The porcelain veneers that were cemented do not match the plastic temporary teeth that I approved. When I was shown the (unpolished) porcelain veneers before cementation, I told the dentist I don’t like them because they’re too long and bulky and opaque. They told me that after polishing and cementation, the teeth will be filed to the correct shape and will look good. This never happened, I was left with teeth that I hate. Aesthetically, they look awful. They’re too long, too uniform, too opaque, too flat, too bulky and SO UNNATURAL. They look like cheap dentures and age me so much even though I’m only in my 20’s. I wanted my veneers to look like my natural teeth, but whiter. They look like horse teeth, so rectangular and too straight across the bottom

-Quality of dentistry-

Functionally, they are awful. Because they are too long, I can’t seal my lips. This lip incompetence will damage my oral health in the long term. I also have a lisp and a massive overbite now (I had a small overbite to start with, it wasn't noticeable but now 10x worse because of the length). My bite is off too, the dentist in Izmir worked on it a little bit after cementation but it’s still wrong

During my last appointment in Izmir, we went over time and the appointment ended before the issues that I raised about the aesthetics and functionality could be addressed. The dentist did some work on my bite, and filed the length slightly but then I was told the appointment is over. There was no chance for me to book another appointment with them because my flight was soon, so I was left with the terrible veneers that they gave me.

-Aftercare/Customer support -

I’ve contacted their customer care team so many times since May trying to get some sort of help. All they say is that they’ll re-do the veneers for 20% off

-Lies told by Dentaglobal -

When I was getting my quote I submitted xrays and photos taken at a maxillofacial surgery centre because I wanted to make sure I got an accurate online assessment by their dentist. They initially recommended 8-10 veneers with minimal prep. When I arrived in Izmir, the dentist recommended 6 veneers and 4 crowns. I believe that my initial assessment was done by a treatment coordinator with no dental knowledge, rather than a cosmetic dentist.

They promised that my teeth would be minimally prepped, which usually involves removing a small amount of enamel from the tooth surface. They removed my enamel down to the tooth dentin. The photo shows some of the tooth prep, they filed even more after I took this photo. I didn’t know what to do, it’s not like I could tell them to stop

Before cementing my porcelain veneers, I had to sign a consent form. I initially refused to sign because I didn’t like the porcelains. I signed when the team told me that the veneers would be filed to the correct shape and length after cementation.. that didn’t happen. When I asked customer care if I could return to Turkey and have my veneers filed, they said that this would weaken or potentially crack the veneer. So either they lied to me to make me sign the consent form, or they’re lying to me now to make me come back and pay for a new set of veneers

Now I’m stuck trying to find a dentist who I trust to fix the problems that Dentaglobal caused. I’m glad that other people have had good experiences at Dentaglobal, but mine was a nightmare. The only positive was the free lemonade at reception, and the staff were quite kind for the most part but unfortunately that doesn’t change the fact that I have ugly, botched teeth. I’m definitely forgetting more stuff that went wrong and I've gone over character limit. I'll attach more info in the photos.

On google reviews, I’ve posted photos of the plastic moulds that I approved, my "minimal" tooth prep, and the veneers that were cemented. What they've done to my (previously healthy) teeth is unethical.

My experience in the clinic is very positive, be it with the doctors, doctor's assistant, staff, everyone is very nice to take care of one and leave no wishes to hope, I felt very comfortable and would choose the clinic again and again

I have nothing but good words to say about Dentalglobal. They are an extremely organised, kind, caring and most of all very talented team of dental experts and I highly recommend them. I am extremely happy with my dental work, I am now pain free and with a fabulous refreshed smile. I work in TV commercials and modelling so my teeth and smile are very important to me so I made sure I found a clinic that only excelled at their work.

Everything about Dentaglobal really is top class, the service, the facility, the outcomes. Really can’t fault it at all. We looked at a few places to get treatments, in both Turkey and Hungry and we choose Dentaglobal having spoken with Melis and doing some online research. The clinic seemed top class and the staff highly qualified from what I could see online. Having been over last week, I have to say I’m delighted with that choice.
Melis was brilliant setting everything up, efficient & super responsive to any queries before, during, and even after our stay. Mert and the entire dental team were fantastic, these guys are experts and have a genuine passion for what they do. There’s no pressure or rush, everything is based on what you want and they guide you through & give expert advise step by step. The Dentaglobal clinic isn’t just a typical dentists you’d find at home…it’s a state of the art five or six story facility with the highest tech I’ve ever seen on any visit to a dentist in Ireland…scanners, digital 3D modellers etc. Regardless of cost, which is a fraction of what it would be at home, I cant see how the outcome could be any better…I got 20 veneers, my wife got the same and a dental implant too…we’re both absolutely thrilled with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dentaglobal, you really are dealing with experts there, look no further. We met a few people during our time there and everyone was saying how brilliant it was. Lots of smiles all round, thanks so much Mert, Melis & team!

Please dont go here they ruined my my teeth and i only had fillings, im from Manchester, uk and went to get teeth whitening with some small filling where my bottom gums have receded but now the fillings after only months have fallen off and they damaged my teeth which the dentist said it wouldn't

1.Die Fahrer Mahsum und Cemil waren immer zur Stelle und immer pünktlich. Sogar von meiner Ferienwohnung im Anschluss an den von Dentaglobal organisierten Hotelaufenthalt haben sie mich abgeholt und am Ende sogar noch zum Flughafen gefahren!
2. Die Betreuer bei Dentaglobal haben einen richtig gutern Job gemacht, von der Organisation einer Übersetzerin (Danke Nil) über die Aufklärung der einzelnen Behandlungsschritte bis zur Erläuterung der Abrechnung.(Danke Özge und Yücel)
3.Die Ärzte: einfach nur fantastisch. Von der Entfernung der alten Brücke, die Entfernung der (alle) restlichen Zähne, der 4 stündigen OP (2x Zygoma, 6x normal Implantate), nirgens audch nur ein Hauch von Unprofessionalität, fast keine Schmerzen. Bei der OP wurde etwas geändert, statt 4 Zygoma wurden nur 2 gesetzt, da DR. PROF MERT YUCE entschied es sei doch genug Knochen im Oberkiefer für die Aufnahme "normaler" Implantate vorhanden. knapp 4000Euro Ersparnis!!! Noch bevor ich wieder daheim ankam war der Betrag meinem Konto gutgeschrieben!!!
Und keine Verfärbungen im äusseren OP Bereich, minimale Verdickung, keine Entzündungen bis heute, fast 3 Wochen später! Herr Prof. Dr. Yuce, Sie sind ein Meister Ihres Faches, ich danke Ihnen und Ihrem OP Team und allen Beteiligten Ihres Hauses von ganzem Herzen, ganz besonders auch Frau Dr.Tank ( nächste mal beiss ich nicht, versprochen....sorry sorry sorry) und Ihrer reizenden Assistentin Ayşegül! ich wünsche allen eine gute Zeit und freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Besuch bei euch, Ihr dankbarer Patient Joachim Henke.

They Care, from the initial chat/examination through the entire process, and even the aftercare when I returned home.

My daughter and I were put in touch with Dentaglobal through Quonomedical from our initial online query. We travelled from Dublin, Ireland. From the outset the service was second to none. Before travelling Admin were in touch, keeping us informed every step of the way. This was most reassuring and what might have been a daunting trip was made do-able, enjoyable and positive

We had been given concise instructions on how to exit the airport and that our driver would be there to collect us with our names on a card - and he was - exactly as promised and so setting the tone for the rest of our trip

At the clinic each and every member of staff were friendly, kind, professional, helpful and informative. From reception, to nursing staff, admin, the lovely girl in the coffee dock to Dr. Mert himself

I travelled to have my 12 year old veneers replaced and WOW! Did Dr. Mert replace them! Not only did he replace all my veneers but my crowns too, including a “3 tooth” one fitted onto 2 implants that was never right. As for my top front veneers he managed to work in “character” to them that was absent from the old ones which were somewhat “uniform”

I opted for the BL1 colour which is the whitest you can go and which some say can be “too white” but in my case it was not - it was/is amazing!

On day 1 - the prep day and removal of the old veneers was a tough one, especially the removal of the “3 tooth” crown but Dr. Mert worked tirelessly for 4 solid hours to get it done

We arrived on Sunday (Sept 3rd. 2023). The consultation and prep work was done on the Monday, a fitting of “test” veneers on Wednesday, a test fitting of the real veneers on Thursday, the final fitting on the Friday, then on Saturday Dr. Mert had us back for one final review to ensure all was good. And it was

My two trips to Izmir were great and I felt well taken care of and the end result was really good, however, about a month after I came home I got tooth pain under my bridge which is with me for hours after each time I eat, I wrote to Dentaglobal looking for advice and were sent to the support team who have been basically useless.
They want me to go to my dentist to find out what the problem is, they haven't asked 1 question so far and quite a few messages have gone back and forth with me trying to get help and for me to get their dentists contact details in london, ( I'm in ireland so it's not an easy option to fly to london)
My dentist is not keen to repair work done in Turkey.... it feels like I was valuable as long as I was a client in Turkey and now I'm on my own, not what was promised. Hopefully this is not going to involve removal of bridge, I'm not expecting too much from the team, some direct questions and answers and advice would go a long way.

Doctors were good and support staff Basak, Ozge were helpful
