Ordered twice, switches and lube, which were all packed in custom high quality packaging, delivered in around a week with no issues.
The selection isn't incredibly wide but the service is more than perfect.

I have ordered here several times and have always been 100% satisfied. Today I had a support request and needed a spare part. My request was answered and resolved in just 4 minutes! Absolute 10/10 experience.

Ces claviers sont de très bonne qualité. Le son est excellent et tout est personnalisable, ce qui les rend durables dans le temps.

En cas de problème, comme une LED défectueuse, le support est très réactif. J'ai contacté le support un vendredi soir et j'ai reçu une réponse le samedi matin, même pendant la semaine de l'Ascension. Il n'a pas été nécessaire de renvoyer le clavier : une pièce de rechange m'a été envoyée pour remplacer la pièce défectueuse, ce qui facilite grandement la réparation.

Je recommande vivement ces claviers pour leur qualité, leur indice de réparation élevé et leur support plus que réactif !

The only thing lacking was a delay on my international order, that's on the french postal service though.
