J'ai commandé plusieurs fois sur le site, tout est arrivé rapidement. Quand j'ai contacté l'entreprise j'avais un retour quasi immédiat. C'est pour moi le meilleur revendeur de clavier custom fr je recommande absolument. J'ai eu un group buy où le fournisseur n'a pas fourni le plate demandé, l'entreprise a fait faire le plate à ses frais. De vrai passionnés avec un vrai sens du service.

Livraison ultra rapide.
Le produit reçu avait un défaut de fabrication, mais le vendeur a fait preuve d'une très grande réactivité. Aide précieuse et accompagnement personnalisé jusqu'à l'envoi d'un produit de remplacement fonctionnel.
Satisfaction totale, je passerai ma prochaine commande sur leur site !

I ordered a Neo Ergo, and one of the components didn't match the specification. Delta Key proactively contacted QwertyKeys to get a replacement, and ship it to me for free.

Llevo muchos años en el hobby comprando en múltiples sitios, y DeltaKeyCo ha llegado de las últimas y ya está en el top de tiendas europeas sobre teclados merecidamente. El servicio es muy eficiente, y el tiempo de respuesta es casi inmediato. ¡Impresionante!

J’ai commandé mon NEO 65 CU le mercredi matin, reçu le vendredi matin, super bien emballé, rien à redire sur la livraison.
Petit souci à la réception : le clavier ne se connectait pas via le dongle.
J’ai contacté le support un vendredi à 16h, et là… réponse en moins de 5 minutes par email 😳
Explications claires, conseils précis, et problème résolu en quelques échanges.

Franchement, je suis bluffé par la qualité du service client, la réactivité et la passion qu’ils mettent dans ce qu’ils font.
C’est mon premier clavier custom, et ce ne sera clairement pas le dernier chez eux.
