DeLorean Motor Company Arvostelua

I purchased the DeLorean DM-200 e-bike from BestBuy in June 2024. Everything seemed fine for the first several months, but just after the one-year mark, the bike started showing error E10, and the motor lost power. The bike became completely unusable.

When I reached out to BestBuy, they told me they do not service or support repairs for this product and suggested I contact the manufacturer directly.

Since then, I have sent over 12 emails to DeLorean technical support. I haven’t received a single reply. No one gets back to you. I also contacted several repair shops in the GTA and beyond, and none of them are willing to touch this bike—either because of lack of support from the manufacturer or lack of parts.

This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive experience, and I strongly advise others to stay far away from DeLorean e-bikes. There is zero customer service, and the product turns into useless junk when something goes wrong. BestBuy should not be selling these bikes if they can’t help their customers after purchase.

Avoid this product at all costs.

Wonderful company. We visited today on the off chance they were open. Tony the owner showed us around and was so generous with his time. My little boy who was so excited to see so many Deloreans in one place was over the moon with his little DeLorean car Tony very kindly gave him. Having just bought a Delorean, from a private seller, I will ensure I buy all my parts from Tony from now on based on today's wonderful experience
