Delicious Korean Arvostelua 

This is a great program to learn Korean and I have progressed significantly since I joined 4 months ago. I am convinced that the comprehensible input method, which this program is based on, is a very effective way to learn a language.
I appreciate the flexibility of the class scheduling and the fact that you are not forced to buy auto renewing, yearly subscriptions.
The Delicious Korean team is very accessible and obviously interested in their students.
I hope more advanced chapters will be added soon!

I love the videos they are very informative. I also like in the later sections where you have speaking sentences you can repeat at the end of main lecture. My teacher is awesome she always helps me understand the meaning of the words especially if I struggle. I have learned more using deliciouskorean then with any other app. I also love having the one on one sessions. I would highly recommend.

As you know, Korean is a very difficult language , especially for us as Arabic speakers. The language system is very different from Arabic and also from English.
I studied Korean by myself for a long time but I didn’t see real progress. I was always confused because there were too many resources. I also tried private lessons, but I couldn’t find a good method that helped me remember or build correct sentences. I felt very frustrated.
One day, I watched a DK video in YouTube..They talked about learning a language in a natural way, without focusing too much on grammar. so I decided to try it.
To be honest, I was really surprised by their teaching style. It is very fun. In their video they repeat words and phrases many times until you remember them naturally, without stress or effort. They also teach the language in a way similar to how children learn at the beginning, with a lot of repetition. There was also a coach who helped me every week with speaking and communication.

During my 8 months with them, I learned a lot. I started writing simple Korean diary entries. I can now make basic sentences and understand some expressions in Korean content.

Yes, this method really works for me, especially since I am 45 years old and my focus is not as strong as before 😄.

Hello, I'm a Dutch woman of 67 years 'young' and familiar with the Korean language which I have learned at school once a week in Utrecht for a while. In september 2025 I started with my Korean lessons from DK because I wanted to practise and speak more Korean. I was a bit nervous about talking. The philosophy from which they work really appealed to me! "Learn'to speak Korean like a baby." I am really happy with my choise for DK. Every monday online I have a 35 minutes session with my personal coach. First we have a bit of a social talk. After that we talk about and practice my homework from the week before. The support from my coach is great. She is everything I want from a teacher. She motivates me, is funny, friendly and calm when I'm nervous and gives me compliments. The support from the organisation is also very great. When I have questions they respond quickly and think along with me, helpful and very nice people. I also like the extra storytelling videos to practice listening skills.
So 5 Stars from me!
Some further feedback for development:
* I would appreciate it if there were a brief grammar overview after every lesson. I'm also interested in that.
* Perhaps add an optional fill-in-the-blanks exercise to create your own sentences.

It was my first time to join a language class online. But with Delicious Korean, the experience of learning a new language was not just based on books, learning materials or watching videos. I became a part of a learning community, a “family” of like-minded people, of all ages, from different countries who are truly interested in learning the Korean language, as well as appreciate the Korean culture. With this community, I have made friends also. The materials and videos for the classes are excellent, of course, and having regular conversational sessions with my coach have been very helpful. The videos are quite easy to understand and are very engaging. The staff and coaches at Delicious Korean are great, and always available for their “students” (friends).

I have been learning from Delicious Korean and their tutoring program for 7 months now and I have enjoyed every moment! I have had so much fun learning how to speak and read in Korean and plan to stay with this company to learn and grow confidence for as long as possible! I love learning with Delicious Korean (DK)! It provides great results with much fun. At my own pace, I practice and watch videos weekly to learn new words, phrases and sentences. The videos also review past lessons so that I maintain what I learn. The highlight of my week is meeting with my very knowledgeable, encouraging coach at a time/day that works for me. We have so much fun every week practicing new words and having real conversations in Korean. My coach is so helpful with any questions I have too. I also get to join DK's community of learners to share experiences, participate in challenges, play language games like hang man and do other creative activities. Delicious Korean really made learning Korean easy, fun and stressless. Content is easy to access, is well paced and can be tailored to fit in with my busy life schedule. 1 to 1 sessions with my coach are engaging, personalised, fun and relaxing. I was worried about not performing well for the session, but it is tailored to suit my needs, my questions and my abilities. I progress every week and my coach is very professional, friendly and complimentary. We have a great relationship and she's so kind and really helped me settle and feel at ease. The team are always on hand to answer any question or query, and so prompt to sort out any potential issue that may occur. There is also a whole community of learners with whom you can interact, chat and ask questions of. The DK team are always developing more content, and ideas to help us learn and they always listen to our suggestions, so it is a programme built for the enjoyement and success of its learners. I have been learning with DK for 1.5 yrs now and it has been totally worth it, as I was comfortable to use the Korean I had learned, on a recent trip to Korea and able to communicate and be understood. Delicious Korean is an excellent online platform for learning Korean conversation, especially for a busy person in work and home, like me, with limited time. It strikes an ideal balance: just enough high-quality content and personalized coaching without overwhelming my schedule. The coaching makes practice feel natural and active feedback helps me direct my learning on what I want to achieve on the next session(s).

Two years ago, I decided I wanted to learn to speak Korean after I was inadvertently introduced to K-Pop. Scrolling through YouTube, I found a music video by Stray Kids, and got hooked. I was 74 years old at the time, and had never learned a foreign language. After two years of trying to use on-line language learning apps, printed curriculum, and YouTube videos, I was about to give up. The traditional methods, especially the amount of memorization required, just didn't work for me. And it was NOT fun! Then I found the 'Learn Korean Like A Baby' series on YouTube! From the very first lesson I realized that the comprehensible input method made so much sense... I had wanted to ACQUIRE the language, just like did my native language, not struggle like I had been the past two years, and that is exactly what the Delicious Korean curruculum is designed to do. They also offer excellent support for their students. You can reach out anytime with questions or concerns, and the staff is always ready with help and support. One of my favorite parts of the program is the weekly tutoring sessions with a native Korean speaker. It is amazing how much this has improved my ability to understand the spoken language. And because of my tutor, my speaking ability is improving much more quickly than before. Joining this community, I wasn't too sure what to expect or what I'd learn. I was a bit intimidated by learning something new and the unknown. My first class, I immediately felt at-ease because my instructor made me feel comfortable in making mistakes, but also learning from them. The classes are amazing and I continue to learn so much. The material is great too. Immediately, you start to understand the material and you learn at your own pace. I don't recommend taking any breaks in between, as I have done so, but if you are to take breaks because of personal reasons or vacations, I'd recommend continuing this journey while on vacation so you don't lost your flow of learning.
Also, the Delicious Korean staff are all friendly, amazing, and very accommodating.
