Uau.... Disappointed is an understatement.... Mas que porcaria... Faço ordem de bolo Rei envia me bolo rainha... Do tamanho da palma da minha mão... Nunca mais... Que grande porcaria... Meu belo dinheiro mal gasto... A entrega foi também espetacular... Com o número na porta mas se eu não visse na cctv a minha encomenda era entregue à minha vizinha... Mas que porcaria de serviço é este... Sinceramente... Vou fazer questão de falar a qualquer pessoa que me pergunte a boa porcaria de serviço que recebi.. O meu marido está a enviar email.. Vamos ver se respondem...

This was my first purchase. Fast delivery. All the products arrived in excellent condition. I really liked the quality of the products. They were delivered to my door in excellent condition. I will return as soon as I need to. Thank you very much.

Excellent service, DPD messed up my delivery and Delicias was so helpful making sure I got my order! Will definitely be ordering from them again! :)

Ordered online, didn't receive a couple of items. I emailed on the day I received the order, nearly a month later and no response. Think before ordering as you might not get everything.

EDIT: After emailing again, I have been told a refund will be processed and had an apology that my email went to spam. I will try Delicias again, hopefully this was a one off.

I am doing a Portuguese evening for 50 people and wanted chhese and wine from the country. Left it very late to order - Sunday so was panicking the order wouldn't arrive on time. I put a note with my order and then called them on Tuesday. Very pleasant lady knew who I was and told me they had seen my note and I would receive the order Wednesday. Sure enough it came as promised. The packing was excellent so cannot praise them highly enough. Will definitely use again. Nice to see a company that takes customer service seriously.

Have now had a response and the company have now put this right ... replacement bottles now arrived all ok - amended to 4 stars in the meantime ****
All down to DPD poor handling - DPD do not help at all.

It was a very pleasant experience, got my parcel so well wrapped and safe, all my products came in perfect condition as it should specially my clay filter that is really heavy and can break easily but it got extra care. lovely customer service easy to get in touch and fast delivery. Would definitely recomend!

Really stressful experience with this company, they took long to despatch only did after I sent an email, all my frozen and refrigerated products arrived defrosted and smelly because DPD took 3 days to deliver. This happens because they charged over £9 delivery and probably purchased a cheaper shipping option which doesn’t not include priority delivery for being perishable food. I had to start a dispute on PayPal to get a refund, this company refused to refund the super expensive delivery fee, luckily PayPal decided this was unfair practice towards customers and gave me the refund of the items plus the delivery fee. I will definitely NEVER purchase with this company anymore. Such careless customer service!

I was delighted when I found this store in the UK and will never part away. In Delicias we can find the best products from Portugal, Brazil and Spain delivered in my door step. You can find a variety of products from the best and authentic Portuguese, Spanish and Brazilian cuisine. Good value for the money and the quality is amazing. All deliveries are very well packaged, including the frozen items. Also, you can find all the seasonal products like Bolo Rei on Christmas, Folar da Páscoa on Easter, 'Castanhas e Jeropiga' in Autumn which will bring you closer to the Portuguese traditional celebrations. I have always bought my Brazilian products from them and they have always delivered it on time and perfectly packaged. Recently, I had a problem with a delivery that got lost on the way and they immediately sent a replacement on the next day!

Amazing Portuguese and Brazilian Shop where you can find a large range of products. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the chicken sandwich (with fresh ingredients - looks like "homemade") and the desserts available at the shop display. Highly recommend!! I will return for sure and I was very happy to know that they can also delivery online :)

I ordered traditional Portuguese fish (bacalhau) for Easter, along with a few other groceries. I was really satisfied with both the quality of the products and the delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition and exactly as expected. Thank you to the Delícias team for the excellent service!
