Delicate Leather Arvostelua

I had an issue with the shipping company and customer service at Delicate Leather helped me sort it out and got me my product right away! The quality of my steering wheel cover is wonderful as well!

Excellent customer service and very kind!

Great, great great customer service love this company. Highly highly recommend. Thank you. You will definitely be doing business a lot with.

Ordered two gap seat fillers and was very pleased with the quality of the product. Gave one to my wife, one to my daughter and then ordered one for my car.
My wife's 2026 MB did not have a visor that extended when it is on the side. We purchased the Delicate Visor and it fits right in, quality that fits the MB package.

Very responsive customer service. Excellent quality of the seat pad covers and excellent match to seats.

The item was as expected and delivery time good

I love all the products I bought from your company.

I ordered trunk organizer for my BMW. It was advertised as an accessory for that particular car. The total cost was $65, so I expected good quality. The shipping time took about 2 weeks. I received it yesterday, it is VERY poor quality. I have requested return information and was offered 80% refund and keep the product...that I don't want!!
I'm currently waiting for a refund!

Very satissfied with their customer service. They responded back fast and with kindness! Just off that 5 stars . Customer service to me is everything.

Outstanding Customer Service

I could not be more impressed with the customer service from Leather Delicate. I had an issue with the color of a few items not matching the Deep Red armrests I had ordered, and their response was exceptional.

They immediately worked with me to make sure the steering wheel cover and headrests would be replaced in the correct Deep Red color, at absolutely no additional charge. They even told me there was no need to go through the hassle of returning the original items.

It is becoming increasingly rare to find a company that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is happy. Their communication throughout the process was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

The products themselves look great, but the level of customer service is what really impressed me. I would absolutely purchase from Leather Delicate again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering their products.

Five stars, without hesitation.

Great product

Second time purchasing one of these steering wheel covers. They fit and feel great. Excellent product

I ordered a steering wheel cover for my 2025 Ford Mustang Gt Convertible. The delivery was quicker than quoted and the quality was very good!

Unfortunately I had a "D" style steering wheel and I received an "O" type.

I emailed customer service regarding this issue and within 2 hours I received an email response back with a resolution to my issue. They agreed to replace with correct one FOC.

Great products with matching car descriptions. Highly recommended merchant with fast reliable shipments. Very responsive and courteous customer service.

Great service and great products, had an order issue and they immediately resolved it. No complaints

Nappa Car Steering Wheel Cover - Sport Ultra-Thin Anti-Slip Cover, All Season Handle Cover.
Superb Steering Wheel Cover — Looks and Feels Expensive
I love this steering wheel cover. The Napa material feels smooth and high quality, and the ultra-thin design keeps my wheel true to form. It is thin, fits snug on my wheel, hides the imperfections of my car. The grip is excellent, it doesn’t slip, and it feels comfortable in my hands.

It completely refreshed the look of my steering wheel and matches my luxury interior

Excellent quality.

Customer Service Department was a pleasure to deal with. Got quick results very quickly.
