got to sample it at sams club before i bought it so i reodered it i have very dry skin and it does wonders for my skin

I’ve ordered a dress from them, free shipping isn’t fast but the dress is nice.
Hope they have store to walk in

I can't say it's scams. But definitely, ungenuinely trading! Before I made order, I went through all their policy clearly in their Web and be aware of refund policy. And aware of delivery time upto 14 days within Australia. I kept thinking why take too long for delivery within Australia, and just ignored it with thinking oh maybe seller just give longer time frame for the secure delivery. I received the email of notification after I made a payment and be advised I would get the item notification when my order to be shipped. This is very normal processing of retailers. However, after more than one week, i contacted to follow up my order as I need it before certain day. I was advised should be fine for the day I wanted. The feeling told me something not transparent here. I tried to find shop's contacts or address. Unfortunately, no physical store based in Sydney. I click on watsapp logo for CONTACT US. I was transferred to watsapp with Austrian number. After chatting with that number, I am being advised the items had been made in oversea and after their Sydney base received stock from overseas and my order will be sent from Sydney. I asked them they should clearly state in the website which style they currently have in stock or why not state in the notification of order received that it's out of stock and let us know when they have stock and will be notify customer when it will be shipped?
If any designs are out if stock, why didn't you clearly put on website? This totally misleading conduct. They told me if buyer need urgent t, can do express options. I told them not about express or normal post. If they clearly or at least inform buyers that no more stock, would exchange my order into different styles. Such a ungenuinely trading conduct. Never come back gain!

Do not order from this site. I paid an awful lot of money for my dress. I have heard absolutely nothing from them about my package and its whereabouts and when I emailed them about this they just said i didn’t write my house number! So I confirmed my address and waited for notification about shipping. they did not reply to any emails after that and It has been 20 days from placing my order. I still have not received my order and now have lost my money without any compensation. Do not trust this website - it is a scam.
