Appalling service for 2 reasons: 1- request to delete 1 letter entitled me to a 10% discount!!!! How come? Since it is totally AI-generated, meaning there is no human workload involved, how can you charge 90% of the total fee????????? Given it is already VERY EXPENSIVE!; 2- I opened the link to check the fee I would have to pay if I agreed to request correction, and only then did I find out you charged for 2 copies instead of 1 COPY. I demand to be refunded immediately!

Company good, Royal Mail bad!
The first deedpoll was delivered to the wrong address, and Royal Mail sent a photo as proof it was posted (of some random door), but that was Royal Mail's fault not Deed Poll Dept. They were kind enough to send out another copy very quickly. Thank you.
