Helpful assistance

They did well replied on time just now waiting for their promise

Good service

Mon conseil : faites, bien, attention !

Not happy with your company service

I canceled and the company still keep taking money from my bank account.. I have asked on a numerous emails to refund my money and I am still waiting.

Problème résolu rapidement

Thank you for the wonderful service received.

Diamond has resolved my problem with an excellent communication. It's a good service.

Great company and if you have any issues contact them and they will sort it out asap and a guy called Bob couldn’t be more helpful

These stole my money
Demanded i leave a good review for diamond and i would be refunded
Stupid me did as they said
Then an excuse saying they couldnt pay me by my card because id canceled it & could they have my paypal details instead
Stupid me fell for that as well so gave it to them thinking id get paid back what they stole!
Then they stopped replying to me
So this company nor the diamond are to be trusted sadly!

Helpful customer. Good service.

service correct grace à Bob qui supervise mon dossier

Had a membership issue with the store and contacted Jas via live chat on the site. The issue was resolved swiftly and efficiently by Jas to my satisfaction in a very short time.

Agent Marc thank you for being accommodating.... and helpful .
