The customer service is Amazing

Had quite a few struggles unfortunately, however received and email from Zoe and the issue has been sorted out and goodwill has been expressed. Overall I would give a rating of 4 stars because even though my experience wasn't the best the help I received was kind and efficient and helped a lot.

It just wasn’t what I expected

It just wasn’t what I expected. I subscribed thinking I was going to get my money’s worth as money was being taken from my account (£60+) and when I contacted the customer service for help I wasn’t satisfied. However, the second time I did reach out they were much more helpful and have told what they will do to solve my issue.

Taken care

Not understanding why money was taken from my card so I spoke to their customer service and it has been taken care of.

Company is trying to do better

The company is trying to rebuild a good reputation. Last year I have purchased a good and the result was I subscribed to Decorstore without knowing that with a payment of a monthly fees that become credits to use in the website.
I got contacted by Rosa this week, apparently I will get a refund of what I paid last year. The positive review is because the company is trying to do better. If I will get a refund the story will be close otherwise I will go back with a bad review.

Decent customer service

I had money spent through my credit card on the decorstore.club website that I wasn't aware of. After communicating with their customer service, they promptly solved the issue and reimbursed me the full amount that was removed from my account. Over all an inconvenient experience but I was very satisfied with their prompt response and efforts to resolve the issue.
