Commande passée le 24/6 et jamais reçu comme beaucoup à ce que je vois, alors qu'ils me disent l'avoir envoyé mais à une autre adresse . Je leur ai signalé mais plus de réponse. C'est une arnaque. Fuyez ce site .

My package was marked as delivered yet it was not delivered to my house. Please send my order out again or I will be forced to never shop with you again since this is awful service.

Jahrelanger Kunde bei Deciem und bisher immer alles gut verlaufen. Nur leider gehört die Firma zu Estee Lauder und die Vision des eigentlichen Gründers ist ein bissele über Bord geworfen worden. Nichtsdestotrotz top Produkte und für den Preis unschlagbar.

heel goede producten, maar als er eens iets mis gaat, wordt er niet gereageerd. Ik had een flesje dat duidelijk geoxideerd was en dus niet goed meer. Dat kan gebeuren, maar er wordt niet gereageerd op mijn mails. Dit is duidelijk een productiefout (waarschijnlijk van het flesje) en moet gewoon omgeruild worden. Het is niet de eerste keer dat ik problemen heb met hun slechte klantenservice! Bellen kan internationaal alleen naar de VS, dus dat is onbetaalbaar.

I ordered something online and you actually delivered my package with 0 care to the wrong person fully knowing she wasn’t neither the person or the flat who was supposed to receive the package . The 0 consideration towards your costumers’ money is really disappointing as I have always bought your products and being an happy costumer and I have been to your stores in London multiple times.

DECIEM is always there to give me the best prices, a great team that replies to emails and messages, and amazing products. I always buy directly from their site because the experience is amazing, and they have a great return policy. If the product doesn’t work for you, or causes skin issues — you get a refund! How cool is that? They inform you about the whole process when you order, and the waiting time is actually fine and in line with the information on the website. They need a few days to process the order, and then package it, and send it to you. I never wait long for it to arrive, and I’m in Croatia. I’ll keep ordering directly from them, I never had any bad experiences with the company.

To be fair they have refunded the order and their products are amazing, but why are they letting rubbish delivery services handle their customers products? Ordered something which wasn't even delivered and which UPS didnt even bother to try and deliver.

Order made on 22.01, sent on 30.01, today is 22.03 and it’s still not delivered. I already sent one email to Deciem that wasn’t answered at all, just sent them another email asking for immediate refund. I haven’t experienced such a bad service in years, shame on you Deciem :(

Il s’agit du site source où commander The Ordinary et je n’ai jamais eu aucun soucis.
Je commande toujours chez eux car Sephora n’est jamais capable d’avoir du stock.
J’ai à nouveau commandé aujourd’hui, je crois que le délai de réception est un peu long mais ce n’est pas choquant, cela doit correspondre à 7-10 jours ouvrables

I’ve been using their products for 8 years now and delivery is just getting worse everytime I purchase.
It’s been 20 days now and I still haven’t recipes my item. They tracking keeps showing that it left the UK for Belgium but never reached Italy after the time stamp from 8th February from BPOST there is no more tracking. I’ve enquired with customer service but they keep telling me there is nothing they can do! They won’t refund me until the package has been declared lost. I believe a lack of proper tracking should be grounds for declaring a package lost.
I ship products for my brand as well and after a week of no tracking packages are declared lost but DECIEM doesn’t seem to want to refund me for my order that is nowhere to be found

Pacco mai arrivato, ordinato il 4 febbraio, fermo in Belgio dall'8 febbraio. Scritto all'assistenza e mi dicono che non è colpa loro. 23 giorni per un pacco da UK? Nemmeno Alibaba! Chiesto il rimborso a PayPal. Non mi aspettavo un servizio così pessimo da un brand del genere. Fanno più bella figura a non spedire in Italia se non possono gestirla.

Leider werde ich bei dieser Firma nicht mehr direkt bestellen. Seit 5 Tagen wird angeblich mein Paket gesucht und keiner meldet sich mehr. Heute ist Tag 14 ingesamt. Bisher keine Nachricht. Weder von THE ORDINARY, noch von Hermes. Nie wieder.

I have purchased many of their products and everything has been a FANTASTIC value with the high-end solutions I usually pay multiples for. The moisturizer, however, just does not sink into my skin fast enough; I wish they made a less thick version.

My order was shipped to another address. After speaking with customer service they advised us that they had to consult with Canada Post. Long story short, they didn't bother sending my order to the correct address (even though it was provided) So I paid for products which I never received. Customer service basically said they were not at fault and that they would not do anything about it!

Terrible first time experience with this company. I work in customer service and handle situations just like this. They could have rectified the issue and simply shipped my parts to the correct address. After all, the order was under $50

THE WORST WEBSITE EVER, still waiting for my order since 20 days and no one reply.

Update: my package is lost but they offered my the refund already. At least a serious company.

What went wrong? After a month of waiting, 2 emails, 2 calls I was finally refunded for an order that never turned up. We established over the phone that the shipping address was correct at point of purchase but somehow they didn’t translate that to their distribution partner.
How could they improve their service? They could try sending the merchandise they sell to the buyer by using the shipping address that the buyer writes at point of purchase.
Would you recommend? Yes, to someone I didn’t like.
